calling day and night refusing give name/silence only remain in the line for minutes...who are they????????

This is a call from TOTAL CARD - collection department.
They do not leave a message because they know that people will call back just to see who it was that had called them.

That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. If you don't leave a message, I don't know who is calling. If I don't know who is calling, I won't call you back, moron.

They keep calling my work and don't leave a message and they keep calling my cell phone early in the morning.  I try calling back and no one answers.

who are they?

I get calls daily.  Don't know who they are and if their from a collection agency, they are not after me.  Not past due on anything.  Annoying if their looking for someone else who I would not give information on either.

This number shows up on my caller id with the name... D Wasmund. When I called the number back they answered Parts Services.  They are very rude and refused to remove the number from their list

THEY ARE EITHER A SCAM OR A DEBT COLLECOR, BUT WHAT I DO IS WHEN THEY GET ON THE LINE BLOW A LOUD WHISTLE INTO THE PHONE. GUESS WHAT, THEY DONT CALL AYMORE.

Don't know who they are but they have called several times, It is very annoying as we were woke up one morning by the call. We do not answer as it is an unknown number. Some one must have a lot of time on their hands and very bored. Not to mention free minutes to make all the calls I see recorded that they call.

What is a Total card? I've never heard of it and they keep calling me. As everyone else has stated, they don't leave a voicemail.

Yo go to "www.do not call.gov" and register your phone number with them they stop some telemarketers from calling you except creditors, but if telemarketers keep calling you can report them when your phone is regitered with do not call.gov, its free registration. And to report them just select report abuse in the web page and it will take you to the process to report them.

I recieved a call from this number-619-866-3493. No voicemail. When I called back it sounded like a call center. I said that I was returning a missed call from my cell. I told the lady the number and she said I must've dialed the wrong number. I didn't dial, I just pushed my call back button. When I asked her if it was CA, she said no. I used to have a Total Card. So it kinda makes sense....a little. Now I know not to answer it!

THE A***OLES CONTINUE TO HARASS ME OVER A DEPT I GUESS OVER MY SON WHO IS 40, HASN'T LIVED WITH ME IN 22 YEARS, ALL I CAN SAY THESE PEOPLE GO TO SCUMBAG SCHOOL IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THEIR JOBS. I WILL TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM AND HAVE TOLD THEM SO

I get a phone call from 619-866-3493 saying that they are True Card asking for me and they will not say what the call is about only that its a personal business matter. I ask if they are a debt collection company and they will not say unless you say who you are. He said he would call back.

I just called the number to see what would happen and the machine that answered stated "Thank you for calling card services, Your call will be answered in the order received." I then  hung up.  I was curious because 619 is a San Diego area code and I live in San Diego.  I thought it was someone calling about a job or something.  Bummer!!  :(

They called at 8:15 AM and ask for stanley - I ask whose calling they hung up.

I called back it was some Card Services.

The caller ID comes up.  D Wasmund.  When I called the number back they said Parts ?? couldn't understand.  They claim to be conducting business with the name they asked for.

Extrememly rude trying to reach someone for personal business matter

I have received 2 calls from this number.  The first time I answered and heard noise but no one replied so hung up.  I just received another missed call from this number with no voicemail.

I get this number at least once every few weeks. I never answer - they never leave a msg.

Jan 11, at 1:10Pm received call and someone said

Please hold

I hang up immediately since I didnt recognize the phone number

We've been receiving calls from this number for couple of years now. Called them several times asking to stop calling. Every time they promise to remove our phone number from their data base with no luck; we are still getting calls every other day from this number... Is there any legal way to stop unwanted callers to bother you? Tiered.

Calling without leaving messages.

Apparently they are still at it. I keep getting calls with no messages.

This number calls at all hours!  Never leaves a message and when I did answer once all I heard was people talking and laughing almost like they were in a restaurant or a bar!!  I have no idea who this could be but I wish they would quit calling!
