I posted a Craigslist ad that I was looking for housing, and got this message emailed to me:

Apt/housing available, call or text stating the size and location of what you are looking for (619) 928 9163

I am leaving it alone- and regarding this as a scam!!! Be careful. Don't give away any of your info.

received a reply to my post on craigslist for an apartment. My ad states size and location.

I was tutoring reading. He claimed his son lived in VA.

Got call from same person. Only I was offering tutor lessons from his 9 year old son who he said lives with the grandmother. He also wanted my home address which I was reluctant to give out. I found it odd he wanted to pay before Giving the service. Same gut feeling...sounds fishy

I put up an ad for guitar lessons on craig list.. this person with the number 619-928-9163 contacted me concern about english tutor lessons for his son. claims that he is out of sate but the 9 year old son lives in ny and needs tutoring in english. I ask I would have to meet them in person. however the caller claims that his grandmother will be dropping him off offering $368.00 per every three weeks for tutoring compensation. he asked for my address which i am reluctant to give considering my ad was for music lessons not english tutoring.. At this time im going to decline his offfer and go with what my gut is telling me . your should do the same
