I've been getting the same thing and its pissing me off...I even get them random numbers and disconnected. ...what it is...

Same as other complaints i read. Answer - nothing. Call back - number is "not a working number".

They keep calling my cell number and never leave a message

Called twice Today in 3 minutes. When I called back, said phone disconnected too.

The same thing with me. I tried calling back and it said disconnected. I have a sneaky suspicion its a scam call.

I called back and the phone number is disconnected.  For the past few days have been getting calls from several different numbers all with different area codes and the same thing is happening, I call back and the phone number is disconnected.
