I get calls from this number frequently.  Don't leave messages. Since I don't know the number I don't answer or call back

Im really fed up with this who ever it is calles I answer but no one is there I call back its always busy is there any way to stop this ?

i have this number blocked but when i return to call it never rings just goes straight hang up

Same here..   It's rather annoying..

Someone from this number keeps calling me and when I call it back it says all cirY3cuits are busy.
