This number just called me and is telling me I took out a payday loan with a company called FNS payday loans, which I have never heard of, I did in fact take out a pay day loan but it was NOT with this company.  They are telling me I am refusing to pay my debt, I told them I DID NOT say I was refusing to pay anything!!  When I asked them to send me something in writing to my house showing me exactly what it is that they are trying to collect he refused.  He told me they had already sent me something and they did not have to send me anything else, if I did not set up a payment arrangement they were going to take further action against me.  I asked him for the name and telephone number of the company I allegedly owe money to and he refused to give me that information as well.  I told him I am NOT giving him my banking information until I validated this and he hung up on me!!  He said his name was John and he was calling from National Credit Adjustors.

This number calls 4-5 times a day.  No messages. When I tried to call back I could not get through.  If they are a payday loan collection agency they have the wrong number

During the past week we have received 17 calls from this number.  When we have answered, there is no one there and after a few seconds the line goes dead so what ever they are using to dial numbers has a very definite problem.  I do not who these people are or what they want or who they might represent.  In reading the previous postings, they apparently represent a "payday" lending company.   I have been retired for over 20 years and have never used a "payday" lender, so what they want with me I have no idea.  If anyone out there knows how to get in touch with them, I would really appreciate it.  Need for the constant calls to stop.

I can't believe in this day and age that this scam is going on. someone has been calling from this number and has been taking $3.00 out of my bank account every other day. Stating that it was a web initiated payment at FNS dba for a payday loan late fee. they have done this 6 times in the last 3 weeks. I am so tired of this and I would like to know what to do to stop this. I cannot afford to have this continue and not only that it's WRONG.

Keep getting phone calls asking for someone that I dont know. Call back to tell them to stop calling my phone and there is no answer.

They call constantly and finally I told them the person they are looking for is in jail.  Haven't heard from them since.  If they can lie why can't we.

This idiot keeps callin me at work stating that I am going to jail.  I have told him not to be harrassing me at work.  They are so stupid and need to go back to Iran or whatever they came from .  Don't know how to speak english

These people called my job asking for me by my 1st name. Then they began being rude and obnoxious. If they want you to pay an old debt they should try to be a little more nicer. They wanted me to pay a payday loan I paid off long ago and when I told them that, the man called me a dead beat. They are very rude and unprofessional!!!!!

somebody call asking for my name saying need reference and asking my new phone number, stupid because if they need reference, they should have my personal info already...then why they ask for my new phone....stupid..I call them back and I got a machine requesting dial the extension number if I have it.

Called for someone who had my cell phone number before me and apparently stiffed a lot of folks.  Smart a** guy even when he knew I was not the person he was looking for.

I have received no less than 10 call from these people in the last 2 weeks. I always let it go to voice mail because I didn't reconize the number. They would leave a message for someone I don't know so I ignored it. Well the last message was a person instead of a computer asking for the same person that I don't know. So today when they called I answered and told them the woman she had the wrong number and the response was very rude. She told me she had previously reached Portia on this number which I told her must be a lie because this was not her number then she hung up on me. Very frustrating.

Calls twice everyday at about 6:00 PM. Looking for somebody that doesn't live here. Told them I wanted off of their list, they wouldn't. Rickroll'd them twice now.

I continue to receive phone calls from 620-664-5298 which displays as unavailable. This party calls my cell phone at least 2 times per evening.

True,  they call me at least 3 times a day m-th, then easily 5 times a day on friday.  this was for a loan an ex (by their info) took out 5+ years ago and the only way I can think of is that I'm listed as a reference or that our phone number was the same during that time. They ask for her, and then they ask for me if I return the call. Haven't heard from her in over 2 years, and I informed them of that.  But the phone calls keep coming.  I sent a letter and a copy of my phone bills with the incoming calls highlighted to the Illinois Attorney General-fraud dept.  They way that I receive most of my calls is on my cell phone so the bills had mostely NCA incoming.  I hope the AG has some stiff penalties for them.

Same here...they called my sister on her cell phone and asked for me with the name of the company being "International Homes, NCA Investments and Smith Oil" which is a nice cover name for COLLECTION SCUM!!  They had some bill of mine from ten years ago that ended up in la-la land during my divorce and now they say they need me to set up payment arrangements or they will move further with action.

I just hung up...what I was thinking though was "Go ahead and take it to action as the statute of limitations is 3 years in my state and I will not even admit to having this bill as it was in my ex-wife's name as well hahahahahahahahaha

I have been called several times by this number always asking for some person I don't know and can barely understand the name they want. I believe it is a debt collector of some sort. I even called and told them they have the wrong number please stop calling me.

I had a message - for someone I do know - a friend -
but why are they calling me at my office - I do not know - and will need to speak to my friend about this.  The Person  Jason Gateo left a phone # 800 542 4048 ext 220 which if you call - you get a message routing you to dial 101515800 for a $5.95 per minute - so, I hung up - and did not dial the 101515800 number - however, caller ID showed 620 664 5298 -
I tried that number and get a recording but when I typed in the ext 220 - I did get into Jason Gateo's voice mail - but it is 8AM NY time now - so, I will call later to get my name and number removed -

They called twice and asked for a girl that I do not know.

This lady called me yesterday from this number - 620-664-5298 - asking for my account nubmer to my bank - stating that I defaulted on a pay day loan- the pay day loan is legit - but she would not give me the name of the agency!

A message was left for me to call back to 866-570-6085, which I did not call because what showed up on my caller id was 620-664-5298 "Name Unknown". They were looking for someone by my name. I googled 620-664-5298 and THIS webpage shows info on the number. I called the 620  number, which incedentally is an answering service for Smith Oil, INternational Homes and NCA Investments. In reading previous posts about this number, it can be ascertained that NCA was the company responsible for the call. The young lady who answered the phone verified my number and asked if the last 4 digits of my social were the same as in their record, which it was not, and she politely informed me she would remove my number from their records.

Very poor quality voice message, looking for a person I do not know. I got a similar call from Vontage several weeks ago, called and raised hell. I am tired of it, and will start contacting govermant agencies and an attorney if it doesn't stop.
