I had the same calls and threats but i called Mann law firm and the address they gave went to another law firm. They all said it was a scam. They even called from an emergency like number saying they were the sheriff department and gave the Tampa police department address. After telling them some things about what I have been longing into the Indian guy told me " we just will come pick you up " and then hung up. # Scam

I just got a call stating money was put in my account and the loan officer want their money back. No money was placed in the account. Then they say well someone used your info and created an account then closed it. That i would need a criminal attorney to take care of the matter. Or hire cyber investigatirs for 228.16 that it wiuld be refunded in the end. Why would you hire someones services then get a refund. I dont understand. But they said if we did not pay to be ready to be arrested in about 30 minutes. What do i do? I dont have the money to send them. Much less get an attorney. If i had that kind of money i would not have applied for a loan.

I got a call from this number and they kept calling till I picked up. Told me I was going to be sued all because I didn't read the terms and conditions and that to make it go away I would have to pay $125 I told him that I didn't have the money si he said that I could pay later but he would have to charge me interest. The lady that first called me read ne sine kund if decleration and she wouldn't let me ask questions till she was dine but the funny thing is I don't gave a decline notice in my bank account fir the company this guy is claiming is going ti sue me.

I just got a called from a lady with an indian accent saying if me or my lawyer did not called back, there will be someone to come after me and wished me good luck.

Same "person"  just called me on my cell phone twice he kept asking who I was I finally asked who he was.  Could not understand him at all.  These are the same people that I dealt with a few years ago and had to have my company lawyer take care of it.  Do not pay them a dime.  Scam and double scam.

I just got a call from this number today, the guy started screaming at me and when I asked him if I could speak to someone that talked english, he started yelling more. He has my work address, my home address and my social security number and he said he will have the police come and pick me up at either my work place or my home address. I am absolutely terrified, I've never been arrested in my life and I've never done anything wrong. I feel so confused and very stressed. HELP!

These guys did the same to me saying they were a guy named John Young. They had a heavy indian accent. I called cash net usa and they said i never took a loan from them. The lady there said that it was a fraud. when this number called me they were threating me thst i would loose my job and be held in jail for 7 days. They also would give me any info about who they were. It was real scary till i found this site. Thanks everyone. I wish I could find out who they were!

Thank you very much everyone. I have received these calls all week while on vacation. I called them back today and asked to speak to a supervisor. This is some bull crap!! I didn't understand how I owed money I didn't receive. SHe told me I didn't read the terms and conditions which stated I was suppose to cancel if I didn't want the money & to cancel it would cost $125!! Im no longer concern after reading this info, but I will contact my bank.

I am also getting these threatening harassing calls....threats to come and arrest me if I did not pay over $600 which I did not owe. Check your bank accounts...they are taking out $30 at the time.  Call your bank fraud dept., change your account number, report them to your State Attorney General's Office and then contact all 3 credit bureaus and put a temporary FREEZE on your credit bureau accounts so they can't open anything in your name.  They are claiming to be representing MANN LAW OFFICE out of Kansas.  The creep gave me the name of RICKY HARRIS.  Tell them you have contacted the Attorney General's office and the SBI and their line is being traced.  They are OFFSHORE so they think they are invincible.  They call all day long and all hours and will even call your work.  Contact your IT dept at work and they can probably block the calls.  Your cell phone carrier may be able to do the same.  You can always blow a whistle very loud in the phone when they call....that ought to get you off their list, also!

Thank you very much...because I called them back and told them I need there address and my lawyer can send them a letter and he told me oh your lawyer will get a letter tomorrow...first of all I didn't give them my lawyers name...so how could they send a letter...second of all I didn't have a lawyer at all..just trying to get a address...no answer from them...so hummmm..

i received the same call as all of you did and I also had received a few e-mails as well. when you apply for loans on line they have site links attached to them and some of these guys are posting as loan finders so they can get your info. it takes about 15 minutes to set up a web page and attach it to a legit site.these guys don't know the half of representing attorneys and legal firms. I asked the guy for his state certification number for him and his firm and he started to stutter and then changed the subject and tried to use scare tactics about me getting locked up. I then informed him that I am a former police officer and that this is not how the law works.first of all any legal firm will start off by asking if they can represent you in the matter and they will send a letter first. secondly they don't use magic jack phone lines. yes I raced them back to a company out of California and texas. they are a scam network and people need to be warned. state and federal offices do not do 3rd party tele communicators and all lines can go back to an official switchboard that is manned or automated but will provide you with extension numbers and dept. names.these guys try to operate off of fear and some will claim to be federal officers but they don't know their state or federal id or badge numbers this should be second nature information.i can recall my badge number,car number and district number at the drop of a dime. just don't be fooled by their threats and scare tactics.

And thats how they got you information...loans that we had problems with in the past...

Yes i was looking for an online loan a couple weeks ago.

I got the same issue. this guy jus called from that number top n he said his name was james peterson or something but hr didn't sound real cuz the guy who answer was the "desk guy" n he transferred me to the james guy by pressing some numbers n it took less then 2 seconds n they sounded very similar. He said he was going to download my case if i couldn't pay $200.

I received a call not long ago stating if I don't return his phone call I would be picked up that night.

I also got a call from this number stating that they were going to subpena me over a debt that I didn't have. They also stated that they were from a law firm. Heavy Indian accent and  he said his name was Mark. I looked it up and said it was a Landline from Kansas. When I questioned them further, he couldn't give a decisive answer.


Odd and very suspect if you ask me.

Don't worry about it. He's just a belly-crawling foreign fraud. They're becoming so desperate that they've resorted to using lines of BS that were getting old years ago. People have caught on to their pitiful scams and they're scared to death. As they should be! I mean, what else can they do? When you're a completely worthless human being & the last thing you can possibly do is failing....well, you're basically done! Which is fine. We won't miss them a bit!

I received a voice mail on my cell phone and they also called my work number and stated that I needed to call them back and talk with an officer before my case would be downloaded and to find out what company is pressing charges against me.  They wished me luck if I didn't have my lawyer call them or myself call them back.  The person stated his name was Mark Slater from Manlaw office.  His Indian accent was heavy and couldn't really understand him and it was noisy.

This number came from David White he stated it is a matter of security and if I did not call him back he wishes me good luck and men will come take me away.
