This caller 623 223-5561 has been calling my cell several times a day, 24/7. Given how others have identified them as fradulent I have not answered any of their calls. I have gotten repeated nuisance calls from tens of other numbers that have been associated with Grant Frauds and dubious "educational" agencies: 862-225-1268, 817-615-0108, 618-221-0181, 801-610-6271, 636-224-3117,  222-222-2245, 856-295-6867, 737-666-9035, 202-738-3333, 202-738-2323, 0012-1233 (from India?), 305-587-2555, 866-274-1177.  These numbers are also suspicious 760-330-7756,  760-763-8439.

These Numbers  keeps calling  is there any way ro stopp them?

Find a good call blocking program for your phone. There are a lot of free ones out there. This has cut down drastically on repeat phone calls for me. I can block up to 1000 phone numbers.. Good Luck

My home phone is now quieter than ever. I called the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and placed my number on their list. It takes up to 30 days for all calls to stop, but we have seen a huge difference in 3 days. Finally ... peace and quiet !  Here is the phone number.  1.888.382.1222
And remember to re- register your number with them every 6 months. Also keep in mind there are new companies opening up every day.

I am getting hundreds of these unwanted calls - they seem to change phone  numbers every few minutes.

I called the number back. Some career institute recorded message. Had option to remove my number from their list. C if that helps stop these fkn calls!!!

My phone # is listed on the Do No Call list for Florida and US government.  Do not call, # will be reported and you will be fined.

I am receiving calls from the same list :/

THis phone number called at 107 pm but did not leave a message. I have gotten so many calls like this I have turned my phone off and do not answer any calls. They got my answering machine but did not have the courtesy to leave a message

I'm getting calls from the same numbers. I recently seen on the news that if you call these numbers back you will be charged $20 for calling an international number. I get calls from at least 5-6 new numbers everyday! Phone companies need to do something about these dumbasses!

Yes, I've received that same number as well. Thanks for the information. I did call them back, an automated voicing system answered. Did just that you said, listened to the options and removed my number. Everyone reading this just do the same thing and you won't get a bunch of calls phone these guys calling a interrupting hours :-)

He called and I said hello and he asked for me... I hung up and I'm only 14 so I thought it was strange

This number keeps calling but will not leave a message? I refuse to answer a call from a number I do not know.

Called the # back it is a Career Institute online matching to Online schools.

Calling many times in the morning just when I have fallen asleep after working nights never leave a message, I'm gonna bite the head off the next person that calls me and wakes me up!

If you've applied online for jobs then this is where the calls are coming from - for online college!  It almost makes you want to NOT use these job services.

it seems these calls are going state by state on these 3 ring calls. 12 states so far...I did answer once nothing there and it disconnected when I said hello.
