I had already received three calls today from 623-239-4511.  The caller left a voice message was left, but it was a robot call, asking to have someone call them back (they asked for a name I've never heard before, and I've had my number for over three years).   I was placing the number on BLOCK CALLER and the same number called again precisely as I was pushing ENTER.  That's four times, but there won't be a number five.

They started calling after I ordered a sample of Dazzle Smile. They have many different names and the charge comes up under beutyclub. They can't even spell. Sometimes this number calls and hangs up. Other times after saying hello twice it activates there automated message instructing me to call a certain number to verify an order. The last time they called I picked up and heard a lot of background noise as if it was a human this time so as he started to speak ... I grabbed my daughters whistle and blasted him with all I had and then hung up. Let's see if they call back now. I'll be waiting with my whistle in hand.

So I started receiving these calls from 623-239-4511 and I answered it and they said it was a follow up to my online order...which I did not make. They told me that my card would be charged every month and that I had to return the sample to receive a credit to my card. I have not received a sample as I did not order this.

I called my credit card company and found out there was a $51.53 charge as well as a $2.95 charge from two different online sites. I cancelled my card.

Been receiving calls from this number several times a day. How do I get rid of these guys? Can I report them for harassment?

Somebody has to do something about this f***ers! They don't stop calling and they don't even talk nor leave a message, they just keep calling 24/7!!!

This number (623-239-4511) has been calling my home for 2 weeks 10 times daily.  Today I called them back and they had my husbands personal info as well as his credit card information.  We called his bank and they have been using his credit card to order skype and other things.  They are telling me he ordered a trial of acai but he did not and would not.  They have stolen his identity.  If you get called from this number please, please cancel your credit card.

This number calls me all the time, but I never answer since I don't recognize the number.

I did the same thing of everyone else. Called yerterday evening to get the free trial ($1.95 as they said). I was charged 11.90. When I pushed the button to get a 7 day extension for the trial, I was as soon charged a $50 for an extension. WHAT a FREE TRIAL! Imagine if I had to pay for the whole product!!! I got a call this morning from telemarketers. Still only one call this morning.

If I would have known that ordering the ACAI Max supplement would have created this problem, I never would have ordered it.  I received 4 calls today within 2 hours.  I didn't recognize the nubmer so I didn't answer and no message was left.

i had ordered the dazzle white trial too but managed to cancel it without too much hassle.  I've been getting the multiple calls from the telemarketer but I just got off the 24hour chatline with Dazzlewhite and they said they have now removed me from the call list. So hopefully that takes care of it.....

They call me twice a day. No message. Just hang up.

I ordered another supplement and they tried to make me take that fraud of a product acai berry and wanted to charge me 50 bucks.....f*** those people

lady in California used 2 free trials that showed amazing results, saved hundreds of dollars in dentist fees for whitening. Implicated being supported on all the News stations CNN, Fox, etc. Premium White Pro using promo code 'bedazzled' whitener. Must be same as rest of you are getting. Three calls so far in less than 45 minutes. OMG!! This is the last hassle my family needs to deal with. Bad enough we're struggling with unemployment for nearly a year, about to loose home, now this crap. I trusted this scam. Now I have to call the bank and block this mess. All for $1.95! Shame on them!!!

same here. 3 calls in a few minutes this morning.  they won't talk or leave messages.  the only time they talked, it sounded like a pre-recorded message... even though I was on the line!

I signed up for that teeth whitening thing.  Had to be what it is.

Called my number 10 times a day since I order the trial version of the product Dazzlesmile. Finally I went to their website and connected to the live 24 online customer support agent - explained what the problem was and gave them my phone # - they said:

"Kim: Ok, I have forwarded your phone number and you will not receive any further calls from us."

We will see how it goes and if they stop

Received several calls from this number- wasnt sure until I saw this site.  I too ordered the Acai Berry trial, then I looked into it more and found that there are lots of scam reports regarding this.  I am going to call and cancel as soon as I can.

I did order some free trail offers over the internet---Acai Berry, Dazzle White, another teeth whitening kit and some make-up.  Ever since then, I have received numerous phone calls from this number 623-239-4511.  I have never answered the call, I just let it ring.  But, they keep calling and calling. When I received my free offers, I was informed that I had signed up for some type of membership and I would be charged monthly.  So, I cancelled my credit card.

I get 3-5 calls from this number every day.  I wish I was home to answer one of them because it's annoying that it's on my caller id every day.  When I call it back I get only ringing, never an answer.

Since placing an order from Dazzlewhite, I have been receiving these calls from arizona.  I have called my credit card company and the order will not be processed.  I will ask for a new card if any unusual charges appear.

The call is from DazzleSmile.  They are also known as DazzleWhite, and have many other names.  They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, with many complaints.

They called me after I placed an order to confirm, and try to sell me more stuff.  The rep had a thick southern US accent, and it was hard to understand what he was saying.

DO NOT do any business with this company.  They are very sneaky and have bad business practices.  I was supposed to be charged $1.95 (shipping only).  After entering my credit card info, the charge showed up as $11.90.  As well, they sent me an e-mail telling me they would charge me $87.62 for a "DazzleSmile Pen" after the 14-day trial ends.  I'm not sure what that is, or why they want to charge me for it.

Best thing to do is answer, and tell them to take you off their call lists.  They must do this for a year by law.

i have been getting calls from this number too.  i have not answered it.  i have also had unusual charges to my account.  elitepack, online cash success kit, and web hosting fl. amounts ranging from $1 to $80.  BEWARE!!

I ordered the acai trial and something else ($3 shipping for both combined). After reading this, I just picked up and it was for that and they just confirmed my address and the last four digits of my card. He said after the trial I'd be charged $49.95/mo. I told him I wasn't sure if I would want it past the trial and that I didn't want my card to be charged after the trial if I didn't like it (which I prob won't, but never hurts to see) and he just told me to call the # that's included with the package. If there's no # included with the package, I'm sure I can find some number.

The trick with these people is to just cut in and  ask your questions and say your comments before they have a chance to start anything on you.

Either way, my call was maybe a minute. And I'll be cancelling once I do receive the free trial.

Shipping back is a little hassle, but I'll try to get out of that as it wasn't a part of any agreement I made during the actual transaction. I see they hide the returning the product policy in their privacy policy, but that's for the website not the transaction.
