They called me about my "magazine" subscription auto renewing. If I wanted to take that off they needed a lot of personal information. red flag went up when they wanted my date of birth and credit card number.  I couldn't get them to tell me the company name. SCAM!

My fiance just got a call from them as well. She did not answer and they did not leave a message. Next time they call, knowing all of this information, I am going to f*** with them big time. They are out of our country, meaning they do not follow our FCC laws and regulations. I suggest blocking this number if you have the capability. Verizon allows up to 20 numbers to be blocked at a time. As annoying as it is, if you get someone on the phone, just have fun with it. Tell them you live at 4545 Gofuckyourself Ave. Eatshit, PA 05854. I love screwing with these people.

your correct. I work for RealVision, who is the actually company that distributes "better homes" magazines and "southern cooking" etc. Do not give them personal information and I would suggest changing your bank account information. From what I have gathered from the police, they are getting numbers from gas pumps that people use their cards at.

Yes this is a scam!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFO!!! they most likely already have a lot of your info so i would suggest CHANGING YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION and do not use your card at gas pumps, from research that is most likely where this is coming from. They also call from 888-357-4627 and 303-629-8327. they claim that you have won a gift card or that they are from "coast to coast magazines" about your subscription. THESE COMPANIES DO NOT EXIST. do not give any personal info.

most people ive seen targeted are from MD, DE, NJ and PA.

Got 2 calls in the same day, I asked to be removed from the calling list the 1st time, when I got the 2nd call, I told them that I had already asked to be removed and they just hung up, going to my block list, something about not getting my magazines, funny thing is that I don't get any kind of magazines so this is a PURE SCAM, hang up on this number and block them, they will keep calling and will not comply with the do not call list or anything you say, they just hang up and call you over and over.

Update: This same number called me a minute ago, I answered, and the woman calling said she was from "Coast to Coast Subscriptions." She asked me if I was getting my magazines on time, I asked her which ones, and she listed off Better Homes and Gardens and a bunch of other home-themed magazines. When I told her that I do not subscribe to them, she said "Thank you" and hung up.

Definitely going to the Verizon Wireless website and blocking this number... (and I'll be keeping an eye on my credit activity)

Called me at 8:12pm last night. I was already asleep since I had to get up super early today, but the call woke me up. I tried calling back but got a recorded message saying "Sorry, your call could not be completed."

Not sure if it's related, but one hour before this call, I had a spam call some sort of bridal company saying I won something. Before I could get details, I interrupted and said I wasn't interested. This has become commonplace ever since attending a bridal fair a year ago.

I answered to, they asked if I was getting my magazine subscriptions on time and in good condition. I said I thought I was, to which he said my auto-renewal was coming up did I want to cancel the auto-renewal? I thought it was odd anyone would call me to cancel an auto-renewal, but I said yeah. He said his supervisor would do it when he transferred me and he needed to verify my name and address (he gave it to me and I confirmed). He then said he didn't my birthdate, just my age (again seemed odd) but I told him. He then made some small talk as his supervisor wouldn't be available for 30 seconds. Then he said he needed to ask one survey question, of my credit cards which one did I get the best service from? I'm like I don't know, Visa? Suddenly he thanks me and asks was he curtious, etc... because his supervisor would be aksing, I said yes. Then his super came on the phone and asked if I wanted to cancel the auto-renewal, verified my name, asked me the billing credit card's expiry (which I gave, again, thinking REALLY weird but knew there wasn't anything they coudl do with just that. Then says we have your Visa beginning with a 4 on file, please read me the rest of the #. I said I wasn't comfortable giving out the entire # to someone that calls me outta the blue and supposedly has it on file. He informed me this was the only way they could cancel the auto-renewal, but in the future, once I've given all this information they could just use my birthdate, blah, blah and without this information he was going to have to terminate the call. WTF? Whatever, I spared him the trouble. Looking back on it, the reason he said he had my Visa starting with a 4 on file is because ALL Visa's start with a 4 AND he knew I had a Visa because I already told them this in their "survey" question. All of it started to fit together and my initial gut feeling of something's not right when they initially were asking about my subscriptions because I honestly couldn't think of any magazine subscriptions BUT I certainly didn't want anything to renew. These people are a***oles and should try working for their money and not stealing others.

This is a phishing scam claiming to be a magazine renewal service, they called already having my name and address, asked for my age, occupation, and put me through to a "supervisor" to end an "auto-renew".  They asked for the expiration date on my credit card and then the card number, which I declined to provide.  Do not answer calls from this number, any information you provide could be used to fill in gaps along with information they've already stolen about you.

A person called earlier, wouldn't disclose name or company. The individual attempted to Phish for personal information. They knew our address, name, and wanted credit card info. When we started asking him questions right back, the phone call abruptedly ended. We will now change all acct information to avoid any cases of identity theft. Please get this guy for trying to scam people.

I hesitantly answered a call from this number and immediately had a horrible Connection with a very ghetto young woman who asked for my by my maiden name. When I asked who she was she said she is from Coast to Coast Renewal Services, when I asked her what the call was in regards to the line got crackly, and she was gone.

As many people have mentioned here, I received calls from the number above. Each time was about magazine subscripts that were about to renew. Both calls:

1) 2013-07-04: The first call, the person mentioned magazines, but did not have the specific one in front of him at the time. But that once he confirmed some info they would send me to his supervisor who would then get it straightened out. He mentioned my address, I said it was correct. He asked if I was married or not, I said no. He asked for what I do for a living. I said I was not going to provide that. He said it was for demographic info. I said, if that is the case, it should not be required. He then hung up.

2) 2013-07-08: Today I receive a call from the same number but a different person. He mentioned my subscriptions were going to be renewed and I needed to confirm my billing information. I mentioned that last week I already received a call and the person hungup when I would not provide personal info. The guy today said that it may have been disconnected when transferring me to his supervisor. I asked which magazine, because I had checked over the weekend and everything seems Ok with plenty of time. I heard the guy make a noise like "umm", and then hung up about 5 seconds later.

Doing some searches on these guys sound scary. Some people deal it deals with a credit card scam. Specifically that they already have 4 or even 8 of your numbers from stolen information, and just need you to fill in the blanks to complete the scam. I wish I knew more of what scam this actually is to better protect myself.

This call is not coming from Arizona, it's coming from Indonesia.  The caller ID on your phone says Arizona, but it's spoofing the info.

If you have Comcast, look on your webpage for the list of calls and you'll see that 623 242-1653 is actually +62 324 216?53, Pamekasan, Indonesia.

You need to call your phone company and have them block all international calls to your number, and specifially this one.  If you have Comcast they do it for free, not so sure about other companies.
