This makes sense to me now. I've gotten quite a few calls from this number lately, and I had my Volvo serviced last week at Volvo of Tempe. Like the poster above, I also don't answer my phone if I don't know who is calling. He really should leave a message, then next time I'll answer.

I just had service last week on my Volvo at Volvo of Tempe. Same story....called my cell and I did not answer. They did not leave a message so I reverse look-upped the number and it is for Doug Kimball.

If this is legit then why don't they leave a message? I refuse to answer the phone if I do not know the number.

Caller ID was Doug Kimball - turned out to be Volvo of Tempe, making sure I was satisfied with the service I got with my Volvo.
Legit call, they are doing customer satisfaction followup for a number of high end auto dealers.

I had been receiving quite a few calls from this number on my cell and I finally decided to answer. They asked for me by name. Turns out that it was BMW/Mini of North Scottsdale where I had just had my mini serviced. Wanted to make sure I was happy and everything got taken care of.
