I am on the do not call list but hard to believe. Most calls seem to be about saving on your electric bill. I do NOT have caller ID. Lately keep getting calls from GO GREEN and as soon as I start to say put me on the do....they hang up

I tell them to take of the call list, I tell them I'm not the owner leave me alone, I have yelled at them, I pick and hang up but still they keep calling. I would love to k ow were they are located. Bs as$ holes!

Just got my second call today from the Go Green Campaign in phoenix. She said her name was Lucy and when I told her to take me off her call list, she told my to kiss her a**!
I think it's time to start recording these calls, I had one caller tell me f@&$ you. I will definitely try the local news stations and the MCSO and see if Joe can help.

What you do is beat them at their own scam game. I have a list of vacant lots. I listen to their whole presentation very interested and excited. Then set up the appointment to the vacant lot. Hope they had fun when they got their! Want to waste my time? I'll be happy to return the favor:)

These are scams. On government websites they literally list that the go green campaign is not a government run project, and that they're often scams. Do not give your personal information out and ask to be removed from their list. (They won't remove you because they're a***oles.)

So, after MULTIPLE DAILY phone calls, my husband and I decided to call Going Green and BLOW UP their voice mail with every scenario imaginable. We actually were cracking ourselves up. Guess who called us back AND apologized putting us on their Do Not Call registry. Fight fire with fire!!!

Marty 2014-04-09 19:10:35 Unknown
This guy is a phony. If u r for real, explain exactly what was provided, solar, water heater??? What ?
Rick 2014-04-04 17:54:51 Unknown
Oh, and Mesa Police have a note on this on their website. This is an active campaign in the east valley.

I just got the same call from the 'Go Green Initiative', number came up as 480-282-0607. When I asked specifically for the company name they disconnected the call. I didn't give any personal information.

Same BS. called me today from 480-370-5091. i asked if i could talk to a manager to learn more about the program and she hung up. I live in Fountain Hills. She called me on my cell with a MN phone number which is on the "do not call" list.
Where can you report them to?
I talked to the police, they said they can't do anything (even if I brought them to my house). I just worry about all the elderly out here getting scammed by these people.

Illegal DO NOT CALL violator. Report them! They are falsely misrepresenting themselves by acting like a political campaign.
It is a solicitation call and they are violating the do not call lists. File complaints with the FCC.
1) They claim to be a GO GREEN CAMPAIGN
2) They also claim to be the GO GREEN INITIATIVE
3) They ignore the Do Not Call List
4) They have been calling Phoenix AZ Residents and spoofing their number
5) If you call the number, it shows up as a cell phone with a voice mail box that has not been set up yet.
6) There are close to 100 complaints on different sites like this that indicate they ignore you when you tell them to stop.
7) They obviously are reckless and hire morons that ignore the law.
8) In summary, the solar industry is filled with scammers. Companies like this one have a lot of complaints on the BBB.
Check them out. Another one called and they had a D- score and were revoked from the BBB and had about 38 complaints. Solar is a scam, and if Donald Trump himself said he won't do it on his properties because it's not profitable, then you know it's a scam.

New Year same bs calling from 623 282 2543. I chase them down via the phone number and this website. I asked what company he worked for and his answer was the Arizona Utility Savings Program. I said "That's strange I never heard of a company with program as the last part of the name, are you sure that is the name of your company". He then said "Well I think that is the name"
I have never ever had someone not know the name of the company they worked for. If it wasn't a scam they would tell you the company name. Obviously they have something to hide...
tehahn1 2013-12-10 01:02:44 Unknown
You must take everyone as fools.... OR YOU ARE A PLANT FROM THE COMPANY. Because you never say "WHAT THEY DID" to lower your bills. Whoms fooling whom!!! The electric company has nothing to do with them.
jasper 2013-11-20 17:54:12 Unknown
Make an appointment. When they come tell them to leave, that you were just wasting their time the same way they wasted yours.
J. Masiello 2013-11-19 00:28:38 Unknown
My gut clenched, I am not going to let them into my home.
Jenn Masiello 2013-11-19 00:21:43 Unknown
So do I!!! How do we know that the people who have posted the good things aren't working for the company themselves???? I don't trust this at all and not getting a very good feeling in my gut. When I told them I wanted to make sure this wasn't a scam, they immediately said, "Ok, well see you at 5:30 tomorrow." Then quickly hung up. I smell a big rat!

We received the same multiple calls as everyone else... "we'll give you $5,000 of federal and state money to use in any way to improve your energy consumption at your house." My wife went through the whole 'qualification' discussion over the phone and on a whim she scheduled an appointment for the 'specialist' to come to the house.
Well.... A very nice gentleman showed up at our door. I talked to him on the front porch and he was wearing a picture ID from Discovery Energy Solutions. I told him that before we got started I wanted to advise him of what we were told ($5,000 cash) and that we had APS out 6 months ago to do the full home inspection, and we knew the difference between tax credits and cash. He came right out and said that this was about selling us a solar system and using the taxes credits.
I told him thank you very much but no thanks, and told him he might want to have his boss reconsider using the Telemarketing ploy to set these appointments. He thanked me for my time and left with no issue.
So yes... it's a marketing scheme. There is no such thing as a free lunch! Buyer Be Ware!

Caller states they are with the go green campaign and tries to schedule someone to come out to your home for an hour to see if you qualify for up to $5100 in tax credits. When asked repeatedly what company they work for they will only answer that they are with the go green campaign. I advised the caller that I am on the federal do not call list and not to call this home again. The first time they called I advised them of the same.

BS...you must be part of the scam team! Call the utility companies and they will tell you it is another scam!!!

Saturday, November 2, 2013. Just got a call fm the "Arizona Go Green Initiative." I don't have caller ID on my landline, so when I asked the girl for her phone number she terminated the call.
These people are the lowest form of scum.
Bubba 2013-10-30 21:26:39 Telemarketer
The telemarketer introduced herself as being from the Go Green Campaign and then said I could get rebates of up to $5100 from APS for energy saving programs. Her company was in a position to help me. Then starting to ask for my personal info. I said before I give it to you, are you with APS? She said no, she's with Go Green Campaign and they are affiliated with APS, and other utility companies. I told her I just spent more than $5100 last week on energy saving programs approved by APS, so how do I get the rebate check? She thanked me politely and then hung up on me.
I found her reaction of hanging up quite bizarre. After all,
A. If I qualified for a rebate, why wasn't she helping me get it? or..
B. If she was intent on selling me something, certainly my admission that I just spent several thousand dollars would make me an ideal prospect.

Keep getting ghost calls from 282-2543. When answered, no one is there. I've called back the number and it's Going Green in Arizona. They need to stop! I'm getting ready to file a complaint!
Tami 2013-07-30 14:20:30 Unknown

Apparently these guys are now in California. We don't have caller ID on our home phone (I know, not smart) but after countless hang-ups when I would answer the call, someone finally came on and gave me the "Go Green" pitch. I told him to stop calling, that he was soliciting and we're on the "no call" list. The guy got really belligerent -- "It's not a solicitation -- you just lost $5000 in rebates". I said "you're not listening to me," and he replied, shouting "YOU'RE NOT LISTENING TO ME -- Is that why your husband ignores you because you don't listen?" Wow! My husband came on the phone and the guy hung up. Talk about rude. Why would anyone do business with these creeps? Wish there was some way to get rid of them.

Same thing here but with phone number 623-777-9083. I've been nice, I've been mean but they still keep calling. Finally, I played along and told "Michael" I would have to speak to my husband regarding a scheduling time. He said he would call back, and I did some research. The phone is unknown and whenever you call it goes to voicemail and states to leave a message if you want to know more about going green. Surprisingly the guy called back..... Like 6 times within an hour time frame. I've been ignoring the calls but can't figure out what the scam is? Are they wanting to scope out the inside of the house to see what valuables could be taken or what? Is this something that could be too good to be true? I don't like it and don't need the stress, I just wish they would stop calling!!

I just received a similar call from 480-262-5148. The name came up as David Heinen and I answered his questions and "qualified" for $5,100.00 in energy rebates. They told me I was one of the few that actually qualified...imagine that. We set an appointment time and he needed to pass me to his supervisor. I kept asking who would be coming to the house and he kept responding an "energy expert". After being passed to his supervisor, I politely asked him for more information at which he became flustered and could only retort "don't you want to save on your electricl bill?", then hung up after clearly not being able to back up his line of reasoning. Thanks for the posts. I feel better that I'm not alone in this.

They're now showing up as Phoenix "unknown number", so there's nothing to report to the FCC.

They are a scam. Call us repeatedly. The two times I've answered they want to
GIVE us $5,000 in free state and federal money. I am not stupid. Nothing is free.
I have solar, have invested in many, many energy improvements in my house and according to SRP have one of the lowest energy uses for a house my size.
Hang up on these people or better yet don't answer the phone. The number they are using now is 480-432-2701.
