Harassed 2012-12-13 00:16:37 Telemarketer
These guys are ignorant and without help. I have continuously asked them not to call me anymore, but continue to receive phone calls. I am beyond belief annoyed! This is no longer an inconvenience and an annoyance, it is harassment! I have reported them to the FTC, and Im sure that I am not the first, nor the last, to make this complaint. If anyone knows if there is any further movement that I need to do about this please comment and let me know.

I have no idea who this is so I added them to my reject list on my phone. I always give them some time to leave a message and if they don't, I assume it's a telemarketer and I block them.

They call my private cell phone number anywhere from three times a week to 3 times a day! They hang up when I ask where they are located. Pls don't be so foolish as to do business with ANYONE who won't tell you who they are or where their co. is located! They refuse to take me off their list. They should be BUSTED by FTC. FTC, where are you???

JHM 2012-06-15 15:52:26 Telemarketer
It's a telemarketer with a company called Money Now Funding.
They have a "business opportunity" for you that will cost you about $1200 upfront. It's not exactly a con or a scam, but it's SO close we'll just go ahead and call it that and not argue about it.
It involves getting businesses to sign up with you on a website that these baboons provide to you for your $1200, then you get to make a percentage off of every transaction that they process. The neat trick is that they claim to LOWER the rates that a business pays for their card processing to less than 2.5%, yet they claim to pay YOU 4%. So, who pays the difference? Visa / Mastercard certainly don't!
If you decide to take them up on their scheme, they require that you set up an LLC in their state, through their agency. From what I learned they will be a "partner" on the LLC, and with that they will also be attached to YOUR EIN (Federal Tax ID number) which means that they can use that and apply for credit and loans - not so attractive now is it?
Too many RED FLAG items with this. Not to mention the fact that they haven't been in business for very long, have little to NO information about their company available - and the parent company VSN Web Services has an "F" rating with the BBB.
I asked the three people that I spoke with what the business address was, I got THREE different addresses - some weren't even real business locations per Google maps.
Stay away and you won't get scammed!
JHM 2012-06-14 11:25:19 Unknown
It's a SCAM!
They are just trolling the phone lines looking to screw people out of about a grand up front and then $30 bucks a month for their 'hosting'.
This company is not affiliated with Visa/Mastercard and from what I have found, it hasn't even been in business more than a year as this name, and before that they were yet another questionable operation as VSN Web Services. Their other "division" (US DOC ASSIST, LLC) wants to help create your LLC in Arizona for about 8 times the actual cost of incorporating an LLC in the State of AZ according to the State website for their Corporations Commission.
Just the fact that you MUST use this company to set up your LLC scares the crap out of me. You'll have to divulge ALL of your personal info to these scammers AND they will be creating a business entity that will have its own equivalent of a social security number (EIN) that they MAY be associating themselves with - how would you like to wake up one morning and find out that they were taking out loans using this number - closed up shop and moved on - leaving YOU holding the note for thousands?
Most of what the guy I spoke to told me you could use to fill a manure cart in a barn with. That goober wouldn't know the difference between POOP and APPLEBUTTER without tasting it.
Their presentation was carefully worded to cover them on the fact that all of your referrals would need to be "qualified" referrals - they could never define for me what constituted "qualified".
This is NOT a home based business and you should NEVER expect to make any money off of it in any way shape or form - unless you decide to work for these baboons selling this system to others. Then demand to be paid in cash.

Filed a complaint with the FTC....
Annoyed 2012-05-16 21:52:23 Telemarketer
They called every hour, sometimes 2 and 3 times an hour. I have no clue who they are or what they want. They never leave a voicemail and when I do answer they ask for a MUTILATED version of my name (So it's clearly some one who has never talked to me before, especially since my name is very common and very easy to say. O_O)
I always tell them I will check to see if the person they're asking for is available if they tell me who they are and they always decline. They always just say "Nah, that's ok, we'll just keep trying until that person accidentally answers the phone."
I've since told them since they obviously don't have any business with me, to please remove my name from their calling list, they say they will, then 30 minutes later, I get another call from them. Then 30 minutes later, another call, 45 minutes later a 4th call and so on.
I think it's some money making scheme or something, but annoying your prospects is NOT the way to close a sale. =(

I have a long message left on my VM of people walking and talking, at the end of the message a woman's voice says, "Matt your wearing blue red and yellow sweatpants!? Then she laughs... Clearly this call came from a cell phone. When I tried calling this number back 623 321 4356 I get Cued to Enter an Extension However NO numbers work, not even 0 for operator or double 00. Clearly this is a scam.

Still calling. Have asked them to stop. They seem to be too damn stupid to understand. All they want is for you to give them money.

These people keep calling asking for my ex-husband. He must have given them my number. I bought a whistle, and the next time my ex-husband or these people call, they are going to get it right in their ears.
