Phone message to tell me that my credit card from transwest credit union has been put on hold due to possible fraudulant use and to call this number to get it corrected 623-385-8130 - It is under police investigation for fraud phishing scam

I received this very same call and message at 2am on 3/17.  I am glad to know that it is under investigation.  Who calls at 2AM for credit card info?  It is obviously a scam.
