recording identifying them as "Card Services" saying I could lower my interest rate on my credit card to 6% if I press 1 ... something if I press 2... then hangs up on you if you don't press anything. I'm sure it is a scam!!!

Received a call from this number today.  I didn't answer and they did not leave a message.  I called back with both my work number and cell phone and the number was busy.  Added to my blocked numbers on my cell phone.

Left no message after calling my cell during business hrs . tried to call this number back at a later time with no answer.

I didn't answer as it was an unknown name on my cell phone while I was driving. It was listed as being from Phoenix, AZ. I wouldn't have answered it anyway. I don't know anyone in AZ that I'd want to talk to (including the step-mother in Tucson). After reading other's responses here, I'd say it's another phishing scam. Very unqualified telemarketing leads (if they are even really not scammers), using robo dialing to call everyone.

Call the attorney general's office and report them.They are breaking the law-also cursing and being verbally threatening/abusive violates FCC regulations. You don't have to take that. Have you tried asking your phone provider to block that #?

Received on my cell phone.  Woman with a thick Indian accent.  

They claimed to be an official representative of VISA and was calling about my account.  I asked them which ones, as I have multiple VISA cards from different banks.   The rep insisted that it was on my BoA or Chase cards.  I said which accounts, to which she replied the account which BEGINS with 4.   No Sh*t Sherlock!  All Visa cards begin with 4.   I asked for more details and she said the account with a balance larger than $3k.  I've never carried a balance and my current month's charges are well below that.   At that point she hung up.

Just received a call from this number on my cell phone. Left no message so must be an unwanted solicitation call. It it continues will add to contacts list, put a special ring tone on it and use my air horn the next time they call.  Makes you feel so much better!  I carry an air horn in my purse just for these annoying calls.

these phone calls are stupid I have no credit card they have been told numerous times I am on the no call how do these calls get by it.

Got call on my cell this morning.  Adding to block list. Normally get it on the house phone.  On all DNC lists.  Definitely robocall.  Don't try to unsubscribe by pressing 9 or anything.  They will just sell your number to someone else because it determines that a real person answered.

Received two calls this morning. No message(s). AZ area code. Added to block list.

Just received a call about half an hour ago at 10:00. I didn't answer and there was a message but it was just quiet and then a hangup. My caller ID said it was ACSS, but I don't know what that stands for so I'm going to look it up as well.

Got a call at 10AM today on my cell. Didn't answer, no message.

Got several calls to my cell recently.  Last one was today at 9:47 am.  They do not leave a message and when I called back it just rang and then disconnected.  Annoying and bothersomel.  I am on the do not call list.

The number 623-445-7092 calls my cell and home several times a week, sometimes twice a day. They say they are CARD SERVICES, wanting to lower your credit card interest rates & give a warning saying time is running out. I have told them I don't have credit cards to stop calling- they hang up on me and call again anyway. I have asked them over & over to stop calling my house-now their response is to hang up on me. I have asked to speak to a supervisor or manager-their response is to hang up on me. Last month they called me at 9:30pm, I asked if they realized they were calling after allowed times for telemarketers and he exploded! He wanted to know what made me an authority on telemarketing, how did I know what number was a telemarketer and to "f' off and then hung up. I have tried ignoring these calls- if no answer they call my house again a few hours later. I am so tired of this company and the rudeness! ( I am on both do not call list- it doesn't help!)
