So the moral of the story is, when a strange man calls saying he has been authorized to investigate you, but will not divulge any other information, do what you can to give him any money you can as soon as possible to avoid a phantom law suit that has never been filed and is top secret.

I got a call today from Rick Steel saying he was authorized to start a pre-trial investigation on behalf of the office of William Clark????? I haven't the slightest clue what is even going on.  He gave me the number 623-465-5284

Yes, I got sued for not paying a vendor.  Dont make the same mistake I did.  Pay your vendors.

Got the same message in the mourning.  Then a process server came to my business and served me a court summons to appear before a judge.  I guess I forgot to pay a vendor.  I took care of it immediatley so I didn't pay any court and attorney fees.

What kind of Scam?  Got call 3 15 2010  Called several times just got voice mail.  Did not leave message.
