Telemarketing Rude!

Caller said it was Utilities Savings Program to help with cost of electricity.  

I said this is a do not call number, she apologized and I said I would report the call.

I called the number and the woman answered as if she was making the call... must have been a recording.

Just got a call from this number, I answered and no one said anything and then hung up. I called back and actually got an answer each time I called and believe I got the same Kylie as mentioned by someone else.  Each time I called (4 times) I just sat and said nothing when she answered.  "If you're not going to say anything I'm hanging up".  On the last call she was sounding pretty frustrated, so I said "Irritating isn't it?" and hung up.  I have to admit, that was fun!  I get so sick of these calls, I have been on the Do Not Call Registry for years, but it seems pretty worthless.

My experience is the same as all of the rest of you.  How & who
do I report them to.  Wow, they are really rude.  Even if they
had something good to offer why the he** would I get it from
them???

I got the same calls as most of the above comments.  Told them they had called me repeatedly.  I told them I am on the do not call list and to remove me from their list.  The caller got very rude and said I guess you just want your electric bills to keep going up.  I did call this number back and actually got the same person, Kylie, which I immediately hung up on.

Get this same called 2 or 3 times a week and they hang up.

Ok so use your redial function on your telephone. Turn the tables on them and call them back, finally on the 8th call someone picks it up and hung up on them....That is the way to treat these people, flood their phone number and give them the same treatment...feel free to also stoop to their level of rudeness and fill their ear with a few choice words.

It's a bunch of crap when they call and bother you on every day of the week, even when you are on the National do not call registry.

Hung up.  No message left. Have called at least twice every week.

Called asked for me by name, wanted to know if I was the homeowner, wamted to know if I spent more than $180/mo in utilities.  Laura claimed to be "National Energy Company" and licensed in Arizona. I checked the AZ Corp Commission....not exactly, but possibly "National Energy Conservation" Laura certainly did not want to answer my questions or hear that they were violating the federal do not call laws by calling me. Laura hung up without a goodbye and before I could ask for a copy of their call manual.

Thank you. Because of your posts I was able to avoid even talking to anyone at this number. Caller ID just had Phoenix  AZ and the number posted above. When I didn't answer after a few rings they moved on. Left no message.

Agree with the above.  Very persistent woman.  Calling about saving 25% on my energy bill.  Told her that I was not interested and they call here all the time.  She continued to talk and I told her again not interested and I am on the do not call list.  I finally hung up on her.

I completely agree with Stephanie above........  Terrible People!!! and, yes, Very RUDE! After allowing the 'person' to speak their offer I very nicely explained I am happy with my current program and asked to be removed from their calling list. The response was to 'envoy my day and to continue to enjoy my rate hikes" and a blunt hang up. I called back and (Tawny) answered -she sounded nicer so a nicely explained to her what had just happened with her co-worker........UNBELIEVABLY, she replied exactly the same note and hung up without giving me a chance at anything!   ughr!!!

One of the rudest telemarketers I have EVER encountered. If you get a call from this company...REPORT IT! They are blatantly ignoring the Do Not Call Registry and will TALK OVER YOU when you request your number to be removed. If I could have reached through the phone and poked this woman in the eye...I would have! Now...on to file a report on the number...
