This is RSI... a debt collection agency. Used by Kohls as well as others i am sure. They left me a message to call them back at a different number... a 480 number.

Just got a phone call from them and all I hear is music. If your going to call speak don't just place me on hold with elevator music!!

Got a call today..just automated message.  They had my name said that the call was an attempt to collect a debt.  As i know of I have no outstanding debts.  just left a call back number - second time i got this call from this company....different numbers though.

Got a call today just playing soft music and then said this call has ended.

Very suspicious, got a call today and it was an automated message for a collection requesting a callback using a recorded guy saying my name through an automated system.  I haven't received anything in the mail for bills, anything past due or the like, not even in the past so I'm curious why debt collectors would call me?

got a call today and a black woman or she sounded like she was black. asked me to hold on and never came back to the phone. i kept calling back to see who are they looking for and after that, no one answered. This sounds like some scam!!

The number belongs to RSI Enterprises. I called the number after hours and was asked by an automated voice to leave a message on the voicemail system. I believe it is a collection agency because there was absolutely no information in the voicemail greeting that described the nature of the business...just "You have reached RSI Enterprises, please leave a voicemail message after the tone".
