Received a call.

I just got a call from this number; the caller ID read M. Butler.  I don't know an M. Butler or that number, so didn't answer it.  However, a previous commentator stated he received a call from Jim Cogdill Dodge and, as it happens, I had a car serviced there yesterday, so it is possible.  Why would a Knoxville, TN dealership call from an Arizona number?  Sorry, if they refuse to use a valid caller ID, I refuse to answer the phone.

This is a survey company in my case it was a follow up from my local car dealership JimCogdill Dodge that was following up to make sure my experience was good   I like my dealership doing this as they do it every time my car is serviced.

This is actually a survey company for me it was where I got my car serviced at my local dealership and she calls just to make sure that my service was satisfactory.  This usually happens within 1-2 days after my service.  I really like this as a follow up.
