I got a phone call from a very aggressive woman - Rachelle about my merchant account. She kept telling me that she was with my CURRENT merchant company, that this is not a cold call - just a higher branch of the company that needed someone to come in and speak to me about the changes that have ALREADY occurred to my account 'as of the 25th' (it was the 28th, so I wasn't able to check on my statement). I asked her multiple times if she was with my current merchant company and she said yes.
I've had changes to my account before (no one needed to come and meet me about them) and they have always mail me a letter so I have a hard copy of all the changes. When I asked her to at least fax me information before someone were to come out, she said she would fax me within the hour. No fax.
2 days later someone calls about the appointment, I told them I do not ever want to work with them because they flat out lied about being with my company - which this person did confirm.
I'm getting quite tired of these solicitors...

William Wall called to speak with the owners. Not knowing that one has past away years ago. I infomed him I was the assistant manager and I handle the merchants account. Said he will need to speak to owner. I took his information and asked him if he was our current merchant he said "Yes" Also that I needed to do my job and take message. I called and verified that he is not with my merchant account. I called him back with the owner present he claims he did not tell me that he was our current merchant account that he is trying to save us money with VISA. He was very rude. I called him back and asked to speak to his supervisor 'I am the supervisor" He said. I demanded to speak with the owner of his company. He tells me to stop calling him(his office)

Persomn by name of Troy called wanted a person in our office. He was informed that the person he was calling is not available. I asked where he was calling from he said Merchant Services and Hung up before I could say another thing

Scam caller!!!!

Kelly called today & says she's calling about changes to our merchant account.  Claims that they are our credit card processing company and we need to meet with them to discuss the changes.  After I protest that they are not our company she flatly lies and says they are and the changes have already taken place, "this is just a courtesy call to inform you of the changes".  Rude!  After getting the name of the company, phone number and her name I call our processor.  They took down this SCAMMER's info and noted all the details.  Will also follow up with our Attorney General's office just to have it on record.

Aggressive.  Called three times. The first time he asked for my husband and saying it was regarding our Visa and Mastercard accounts. I told him we were on the "do not call" list thanked him and hung up.  He called back saying that the credit cards belonged to my husband and that we were not on the "do not call" list .  The third time he called from another number 928 255 0284 and told my husband that being on the "do not call" list was illegal and he would report us.

Getting numerous calls in my business from 623-748-0337, Arizona.  They ask for my name, I say it is me, there is a pause, and then they constantly hang up.

Bryan asked for owner. Placed him on hold to get owner for 30 seconds. Came back to call and they hung up.

Got a call  on the business line. They hung up.

Recieved a call from a "Katrina" and she requested the owner. I offered to take down information regarding the call and she was very rude.

Rec'd junk ph call from 623-748-0330 - [10:23 am] - did not answer, no msg left. Reverse Lookup doesn't provide anything. Add'l research points to Phoenix, AZ. Must be a chain of ph #'s also emanating from Phoenix, AZ like other annoying calls.

623-748-0321 appears to be tied to 623-748-0327, and the person is using different caller-ID numbers.
