On April 5th, 2013 @ approx. 11am I had the displeasure of meeting the store manager at your Glendale, Arizona store at 6800 N. 95th Ave. The reason for my visit was to return a pair of men?s Docker dress shoes that I had purchased on 01/23/2013 that the sole was separating from the shoe. When I approached Carmen and explained the problem she abruptly recited your "company policy, relating to returns." I explained that the shoe was defective, but she would not allow me to get a word in. She kept reciting company policy over and over again.(NO RETURNS) I tried to explain that I was not returning the shoes because I didn't like them and that there was a defect in the shoes. She didn't want to hear what I had to say,she stated I should contact customer service and wrote the number on a scrap piece of paper. Her customer service skills are zero. Very rude person. With no options at this store I walked across the street and purchased shoes at another store. I returned to your store with the defective shoes asking her to send them back to head office for inspection. She said take your shoes and go. I exited the store and as I was walking out the door, your manager Carmen tossed the shoes out the front door and on to the sidewalk in front of the store, just missing me.WOW!!! I think she has anger issues, if she hit me with the shoes I would have had her charged with assault. This person should be fired.
