election time is near. Get even with those in office by electing someone new. And if they do nothing but
collect a pay check vote them out.
They will get the message.

2) NEVER EVER PAY ANY BILL FROM AN UNKNOWN NUMBER. YOU TELL THEM YOU WILL CALL THEM BACK AND LOOK UP THE PROPER NUMBER YOURSELF. THIS WILL ENSURE YOU ARE GIVING YOUR MONEY TO THE CORRECT PLACE.

3) DEBTOR OR NOT, YOU ARE A HUMAN BEING AND DESERVE TO BE TREATED AS SUCH. REPORT THESE GUYS IMMEDIATELY. THERE ARE PEOPLE MAKING MILLIONS DOING THIS. ON TOP OF THAT NOW THEY HAVE YOUR CARD NUMBER. NEVER EVER PAY ON A RESTRICTED LINE!!!


BEWARE THAT MOST OF THESE PHONES ARE INTERNET BASED PHONES, VIRTUALLY UNTRACEABLE. THE UNFORTUNATE PART OF THIS IS NOT BEING ABLE TO NAIL DOWN THE CULPRATE........ THEY CAN BE CALLING FROM INDIA.

LATELY I HAVE BEEN COMING ACROSS PEOPLE WITH CELL HONES WITH THE ACCESS TO CHANGE THE "OUTGOING NUMBER" SO IT CAN LOOK LIKE IT IS CHUCK E CHEESE CALLING, WHEN IT IS SOME PRANKSTER.

****PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS, AND NEVER BE AFRAID TO GET A LITTLE PARANOID AND ASK TO CALL THEM BACK. TELL THEM TO GIVE YOU THEIR NUMBER FOR A CALL BACK, AND IN THE MAN TIME CHECK FOR THE REAL NUMBER.....  IF YOU CALL THE NUMBER THEY GAVE AND ALL IT DOES IS RING..., YOU WERE ALMOST HAD!

Received this call on 5/12/2009 from ER solutions at 8:14 pm central time. Was treated like a criminal for a mere $235.68. Spoke to a Rich Garza who talked down to me for 20 minutes. Do not answer this number. It showed up as "Arizona" on my phone. Told him I am an unemployed college student, to which he said, 'how did you get this phone then? Why would you get a phone when you don't have a job'  He then proceded to tell me that I could call back in 20 minutes with the $235 or else...

Received several calls at home number.  Caller ID shows only number.  Looked up number, and it's collection agency "E.R. Solutions".  Caller indicated that we owed money to ComED (electric company).  Told them they are wrong, requested further information, from caller who mumbled something, said if we didn't believe them to call the company, and hung up.
Received another call right after the hang with an inverted phone number of 773-623-9315.
We called ComED, and customer service said all was fine with our bill.

My cell phone rang.  I looked at the number, which I don't recognize, and decided not to answer.  As Manny mentioned on this site, call the DoNotCall.com to report this to the Federal Trade Commission.  Our government must do more to protect us from these vultures !

have been getting calls from them for several weeks on my cell phone.  Of course they call during the day when I don't answer it at work.  When I return the call I get a recording.  I have been leaving increasingly frustrated messages.  Now I found this site and understand that I am not alone!  Thanks!

these people call all the time. And they are rude.  They say they are going to remove my number but they never do.

They called my work 5 times in one hour and refused to leave a messege to be called back at...Totaly Rude and very foul...

These people have been calling for six months looking for a person who doesn't exist. I know this because I googled the name they were looking for and came up with 0 results...anywhere. Used many different search engines and came up with nothing. I don't know who they think they are fooling with this...

Got same phone that calls my cell phone! There should be a for unknown numbers to stop calling me.

Like all of you, I have received 2 calls a day for the past 3 months.  I spoke to the rep on the line, and they wanted somebody else, which I can only assume it was a number used by somebody else.  They then got belligerent with me, as I can only assume they thought that I was lying, however, they were way off base.

Just to let you know, it is illegal(against the FDCPA) to harass a citizen with vulgar or misleading information.  I told the person I was talking to, and they dropped a few words, as they must have been frustrated, however, the calls went from 1 a day to 2, and sometimes 3 a day.  Like the previous indivudals, they never leave messages.  

I am way too tired when I get home to just jump into an argument on something that isn't even mine.  STAY AWAY.  I forwarded the number to the Consumer Protection group, but they said as they are out of state, there's not much recourse for me, unless there were more than me in multiple states.  I brought up this site, and they still wouldnt' pursue.  I'm even thinking about changing my number.

Well, I'm not a "debor" (whatever that is), and I still get calls from this brain trust for a person I've never heard of. Whoever is doing research over there needs to update their info, or maybe hire a hobo to look through a ten year old phone book like in the old days. That method actually gets better results than just dailing random numbers.

You were sent a bill in the mail and you neglected it now you got too DEAL with ME CALLING YOU... im a bill collector and pay my bills and i dont get any calls or get scared when my phone rings. people that dont pay there bills keep us working!!

This scammer is calling us and will not even tell us who they are.  I am not going to talk to some scammer who is rude and uses fowl language to my son on the phone!  I tried to block the call because they keep calling, but what do you know, they have some kind of thing on the number where it cannot be blocked.

They called my wife and told her that they were a collection agency and that she owed money. They told her that they would settle for $200.00 and my wife paid them. My wife had just recently woke up from working a 36hour shift and paid the company. The company told her that they would be sending a FAX stating that the bill had been paid. To this day we have not gotten a FAX. I have tried to call them several times but never get a response or a return call. THIS COMPANY IS FAKE.

This noob called me but i was in class so i decided to look it up and i found out it was really a noob. and they called like 397534957 more times. and its locking up my phone. im SO F***ING PISSED ITS UNREAL AND IT BETTER STOP NOW.

They have been calling me at my work number saying that I owe $4.20 to a medical lab.

They called me and said that they are callling regarding my 3 weeks past due alltel account.  I told them that I called alltel and made payment arrangements already.  The woman said that they have purchased my account and until I pay them, the calls will continue.

the caller id says "ER Solutions" I don't answer calls from people I don't know and just let them leave a message, calling back if it's important... so far, they haven't left a single message

Now they are calling me.  I have a new cell number...each time I answer a recording ask me to please wait for the next available rep.  Of course, that is not going to happen.  I don't take orders from previous recordings or for someone I don't know nor have I done business with.  Anyone or operation that calls in this way is an automatic red flag.  Thanks for everyones input!

This number appears almost everyday on my caller id at home.  I'm always at work when they call.  Since they don't deem it fit to leave a message, I'm not returning any of thier calls.  Thanks to all the previous comments above, I now know how to deal with these turds.

Keep calling my cell phone for the last one week, I can tell this is a collecting agency, because they are constistent, at one point their automated system left a message, but not for me, however, they keep calling everyday, I have been reporting them to DO NOT CALL everytime the call comes in, If you have not registered with DNC, please do so and make them pay for each call. Maybe we can all put them out of bussiness.

I receieved a call from this number today they were looking for my ex wife who has not been here for 3yrs and the number I have was not even our number I told the guy on the phone the only way he could get ahold of her was threw her job and gave him the pets mart adress where she works the number to the grooming salon and aslo threw in the managers direct line. He was very thankfull and said they would remove my number.

This is obnoxious, I have been getting calls from this number for DAYS and I am totally fed up, the one time I was able to answer because I was home it was a recording that did not allow me to speak to a person to tell them they have the wrong number. It is either a collection company or a credit card debt solutions company- I do not even own 1 credit card   >(  With people changing phones like underwear these days, this practice of calling incesantly especially with automated systems is obsolete and RETARDED!!!!! Like I said before, I am completely fed up and don't even want a phone because every phone number I have signed up for has been owned by, or used as a fake, by some lowlife piece of crap who wants to rip someone off and not take the responsibility aka collection call crap that goes with the rip off.... BS
