It is not jorge brambila its a former number of his not sure if sprint sold this number to a credit card company because we switched to another cell phone company. fromHis wife. Thanks for the info dear piblic. I will sue sprint if they do not correct their records. So u better fix it.

These people keep calling me and would not let me take my number off their list! It is very frustrating!

I've sent two complaints to the Federal Communications Commission, each listing phone numbers, dates, and times of the calls.  The FCC responded with a form letter each time.   I'm now sending my complaints to my two senators and my representatives.  If they cannot find the loophole that is allowing these electronic terrorists to slip through there is no hope for modern society.

The used a new number already this morning.. sheeeeeesh.... "Cell Phone IL  773-367-5631"... not even 24 hours later!

This is rachel with card holders services.....This is your final call, really gets me because they got my cell number and have  called on it and the operators will not take you off the list

Repeated calls - DAILY.  Jorge Brambilia called again today and when I clicked on the number to remove from the call list yet again, someone actually came on the line named Alan.  I said put me on the do not call list - asked why they show up as Jorge Brambilia - and he actually had the nerve to argue with me!  I repeatedly said PUT ME ON YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST and he said "we don't have one of those MA'AM" and was utterly rude.  Of course he's a bottom feeder, but this has to be illegal harassment.

Repeated calls and will not remove my number from their calling list. How can we put these people out of business?

These are very disturbing calls that take up my time and phone services.

I always press 1 and ask how long they'll be running the scam or start giving them a CC number and finish with "go f-yourself".  Get hung up on every time. ;)

They call very other day to reduce my interest rate.  Visa credit card say it is a scam, but they can do nothing about it.

I received 2 calls from that number listed as Jorge Brambila also!! My # is on the do not call registry so I'm wondering what all these calls are about. SKETCHY!!!

The reverse number look up I did reported the 1-626-216-0703 number calling me is with Nextel Communications .

I can't tell you how many times I have reported these people and others like them to the Do not call registry and never hear back anything from the FCC.

Same name on my caller ID was given.

Got a call today from them with some ghetto woman yelling whateva whateva when I answered the phone.  They love when you play loud obnoxious Indian music in their ear, so I go to YouTube and pick out their favorite songs for them.

The FCC is the Federal Commmunications Commission.They DO NOT deal with consumer problems.The FTC (Federal Trade Commssion) is the agency responsible for consumer complaints.However,the FTC is a toothless tiger.They do absolutely dick when it comes to the average consumer.I contacted Ed Markey our rep here in Massachusetts and his response was a form letter thanking me for my inquiry.He,along with the rest of Washington are effing useless! They do not care. The Do Not Call list is useless if a scammer wants to keep calling you.Only reputable companies obey the DNC list.As for the $500 you can get? That's what you would get after a court hearing..if you prove you claim...if they pay up...and if you want to waste your time in a court room when the chances of the defendant company even showing up are next to nothing. *The company listed below is a scam telemarketer trying to sell 'shares'.The BBB of Oregon has given them an F.This is unrelated to the postings here but I got their call right after the call from the other bozos.*

I told them I was a Federal Law Enforcement Agent and if they ever called again I would use the technology available to me to trace them, find out who called me and set my buddy in the IRS onto them to make their lives a living hell. They stopped calling.

REMOVE

I keep getting calls from the above #.  When I tell them to take me off the list they have already hung up.

This company has been calling me on my cell for the last year.  I've reported it to the BBB, to the DNC, and to the State's Attorneys office here in TX.   The only answer I received is from the SA office and they said to sign up with the DNC, call my provider and report them, and ask them to remove my number from their list. None of which works.

To everyone who keeps saying they're on the Do Not Call List and can't understand why they keep getting calls let me explain -  Both my land line and cell number are on the Do Not Call List.  It is an honor system, meaning that it is up to the company making the calls to scrub their lists against the Do Not Call List and remove anyone who does not want to be called.  The entities making the calls you are receiving are about as far from honorable as you can get, so they don't scrub.  How do I know this?  I work at an honorable company that has a call center.  We scrub EVERY list against the Do Not Call List and NEVER call people who have registered on the Do Not Call List.

Your basic bottom-feeders.

Got a call from this number.  Asked them to remove me from list.  They said they had no list to remove me from (rolling eyes).  

I would like to sue them or at the very least file a complaint.  (I am an attorney so I am naturally litigious, lol.)  

I probably will complain through the FTC after I double check that I am still on the Do Not Call list.
