Political rant that seems to be American in nature. I'm in Canada why am I getting these? Makes no sense and its not the first time I've received these calls.. How do I get them to stop? Are these legal in Canada?

Receive a call this afternoon from 626.241.1896. I tried to call it back several times and it gives a busy signal. I'm sure it something I don't need to hear about. Just wanted to pass it on to everyone.
