i agree that they're bogus - if i wanted financail advise i would seek out a reputable company.  what really bothers me is that this company has way too much information on my financial status...nothing is private anymore and it sucks.

I worked 1 day at JPM, and never went back.  People were rude and threatening, and I don't blame them.  All they did was complain about the DO NOT CALL list, and yet they're still receiving calls from JPM.  Most of the people who were contacted by Experian were seniors, many of them in nursing homes.  JPM doesn't pay a salary, only comission.  I couldn't in good conscience go back.

lol! You people that stick up for these guys either a. work for them or b. sent in an application and were too dumb to be hired even by their standards! lol! They charge your credit card $50/month minimum but lower your interest rate. Their is a "Signing up" fee attached and by the end of it all you save NO money unless you carry a lot of debt in which case your not inteligent anyways and should go ahead and say "yes" If you plan on lowering your balance forget about them because once they have you..... Cha-ching!!!!

JPM Accelerated has a 98% success rate in getting the interest rates lowered on each clients credit cards.  Many clients recommend thier family and friends to our company, we constantly are getting new referrals.  The clients are sent a debt profile and are instructed to fill out the form and return back to our company in order to begin working on all of the accounts for the client, unfortunately there are isolated instances where the paperwork is not returned back to us, and the work is not completed due to the clients not following through with thier paperwork.  Those are usually the ones that complain usually.  The employees at JPM are hard working individuals, that care a lot about our clients, and only hang up on occasion due to extreme rudeness of clients in Canada.

for anyone who needs some re-assurance, I'm here to let you know that JPM is NOT a scam.  these people that are trashing this company are just upset with the phone calls.  the company is GOOD and will HELP you, of course with a fee, but it nothing in comparison to what you save in the long run!

I have dealt with those dishonest people.  Few things I have learned about them
They don’t tell truth ever, more than 30 times they were untruthful to me.
Every day they have an excuse not to refund my money although they confessed they could not do anything for me. Once they said our bank is been closed we can give you anything.
They can not reduce your credit rate.  Do not give them any credit card information especially expiry date.
No matter how nice you can be it does not work.  You have to be extremely rude to everyone so you can get to talk to the person you want to speak with because they find excuses like the person is out, away on holiday ( once told me she is on holiday, but she spook with me at the same day and I spook with her again the same day).

When you hear JPM hangup before they continue or your $1100 is gone

JPM Accelerated has a 1% success rate in getting the interest rates lowered on each clients credit cards.  I do not recommend any one or family or friends to this company.  The clients are sent a debt profile to credit cards the credit cards loss trust in their client.  Do not sign anything with them or they have more proves to get your money.   The employees at JPM are dishonest working individuals, they don’t care a lot about their clients, and they hang up after they get your money.
We all should complain to FBI at Florida this is the number (813) 253-1000 to stop this illegal business.

Worked at this place for a day. And believe it is a FRAUD AND A SCAM. NUMBERS COME DIRECTLY FROM "DO NOT CALL LISTS" in canada. They do not remove your name from the "do not call" list if you ask them too. Most people who work there are rude and aggressive and people do try to get the elderly to go along with this. So amber (who is defending this company) Thank You. The workplace is not even like a real workplace, cussing, laughing at people, putting them on speaker phone so everyone can laugh....how professional

Just wanted to leave no doubt - this is an unprofessional group of individuals who have no conscientious conduct and no accountibility!  Any time your response to a question is a "hang up" - you know you are not dealing with credibility!

Ask your Florida Better Business Bureau how many complaints they've had about JPM Accelerated - they told me the name of president and knew it by heart!

The Better Business Bureau has them ranked at "F"!!!!! (that could be a symbol in itself) - but if you're looking for honesty - look toward the Better Business Bureau and not unsubstantiated reviews by individuals....who probably work there...OR WORSE - OWN IT!

Heads up - from Canada...

I am a current employee of JPM Accelerated services. I do not work on the sales floor or "call center" I actually work in the fulfillment department which is the heart of the company. I work with my clients to help lower their rate with their bank. Pepole say that we make fraudlent charges to their account or that the charge is more than what they were told. For example if we say the charge is 695 dollars, that is in US dollars. The exchange rate to CD is around 800ish. But the saving that we promise you are also in Canadian. If for some reason that we cannot meet the promised savings then you not only get a full refund but you also maintain our services for your lifetime. i personally have saved my clients over 940,000 dollars in the last 3 months. now i have a question for all of those people who say we are a scam and we are a fraud how many of you have actually tried our services? I bet the answer is "0".

Called card holder services as soon as I got off the phone with them. Both Visa and Mastercard security advised against giving any details to them. They were not aware of the company or its dealings....I say scam. Anyone that promotes this company on this board more then likely works for them.  they also go by the name jpm accelerated

Here is how i screw with them

1) Call any FAX BACK service (push *67 to bock caller id) (i used 415-252-4660 as its a california based rental board faxback

2) enter "YOUR FAX NUMBER" of 888-878-1014

3) choose to sent document # 000.   It will confirm, then do it 4 more times.  Each time you do these 4 steps, the receptionist at 888-878-1014 will get 4 calls from a fax number.

Its great!

Do it 5 times a day and it will piss them off enough to hopefully get the message that annoying calls are not cool!

DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE!!!  they charge you a ridiculous fee for something you can do yourself over the phone.  I strongly advise that you do not use them or pay anything for their service.  You can google low interest rate credit cards and if you are eligible you can get on the phone and have your current card debt transferred to a lower interest rate card YOURSELF! do the research and do give these people a CENT

I understand many people being skeptical of the services that this company provides because I was one of them. I ended up signing up for the services anyway because I was promised a full refund if the company was not able to provide me with the savings that they promised. I received a free financial profile in the mail to fill out and mail back to the company so that we could get started. When I went to mail out the info, I ran into a fellow customer who assured me that he had been a member for years, and they had done wonders for him. I felt much more reassured, and I have been a satisfied customer ever since!!!

JPM does nothing that u cannot do urself. If u pay ur cards on time, call and they will gladly lower your interest rate. JPM finds the rates on the card's websites and has no special relationship with visa or mastercard and cannot get u a better rate than is already available. I still believe in goodness of people and am anticipating a refund. I would strongly NOT RECOMMEND giving any info to this company.

This place is more than a scam, when is the last time you called a bank and they refused to give you the last name of any of the personal bankers?

Try calling any of these people and asking them for their last names.

And you people who are posting from JPM, WAKE UP, smell the coffee, your company scams people of their money. You DO NOT PROVIDE A SERVICE yet charge thousands of dollars for that service. Consider what you're doing to others just so you can make a buck.

If anyone works for JPM or one of it's clones, I beg you to consider that what you're doing is STEALING, you're no better than a kid on the street mugging people with a knife.

The bastards called me yesterday and when I told them I was on the "no call" list, he hung up on me before I finished my sentence.
They called back today and I baited them for a while until I got some information, which is what I've read from above.  Melbourne, Florida..
Then I told him I'm on the no call list and he hung up.
I'm going to report them to VISA, my bank, the "No call list" and whoever else I can think of.  Miserable pricks...

Hi, I just go a call from them... I work for CIBC Visa dispute centre in Toronto, and we get a lot of calls about this and similar companies. Don't give your card # or other details to these guys. Just for your info - by giving your card # over the phone or online you give authorization to charge, and you'll have hard time disputing it.

They called me tonight and thankfully I didn't give any card # over the phone. Found weird that they were asking the limit of each card... No I understand why they didn't push too much when I basically said I was almost at the limit for each card and that I wanted to check their website first... Incredible scam!
