The case against JPM Accelerated Services was filed on November 30, 2009, in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division, against: 1) JPM Accelerated Services Inc.; 2) IXE Accelerated Financial Centers LLC; 3) IXE Accelerated Service Centers Inc.; 4) MGA Accelerated Services Inc.; 5) World Class Savings Inc.; 6) Accelerated Savings Inc.; 7) B&C Financial Group Inc.; and 8) Jeanie B. Robertson, Brooke Robertson, Ivan X. Estrella, Jaime M. Hawley, Kimberly Nelson, Paige Dent, Alexander J. Dent, Micha S. Romano, and Ashley M. Westbrook.

The Commission vote authorizing each of the three complaints was 4-0.

I work at JPM and we really are a great credit debt company. We've been in business over ten years and able to help a wide variety of people with credit debt so just remember to press 3 if you want to be taken off the calling list.

While it doesn't help keep them off my phone (cell, no less), I sure get a LOT of satisfaction:

I keep a list of free, sign-up-here-and-we'll-call-you services (insurance quotes, MLM stuff, office supplies, etc).  They sure come in handy.

When one of these lowlifes refuses to stop calling, I google the number until I find the company name - usually on one of these lists.  Then, I google the name until I find a physical address, reverse-search the address until I find a local number, and - voila - I have what I need to fill out all manner of 'call me' requests.  Just choose a department and a name to go with the address and phone, and keep their landline busy until kingdom come, or they change their landline number.

An alternative is to use their 800/866/877 numbers, because they get charged for EVERY incoming call on those things.  It just doesn't look as legit as a local, landline number.  But then, considering who we're dealing with here, it's all good.

The only thing you DON'T want to do, is to go after any individual within the company, such as finding home address and phone, and submitting that hither and yon - THAT is illegal harassment, and they can go after you for it, the law CAN trace you and prosecute you.  Leave it at the company level, because they won't bother 'chasing you down', they'll just change their number, because they KNOW going after you would be the absolute worst PR they could imagine.

They may have started this little game, but if we all do this - each and every time - they WILL find another game to play.  :)

Calls and calls.  We don't answer.  Never leave a message.

Another call from this number.  Would love to have the person who calls number and give them the same treatment.

This number called my business number after hours - of course, did not leave a message.  I see someone else got a call from 1-234-5678 - me too. It's starting to make me paranoid to answer the phone cuz I'm sick of dealing with all this scam crap!
I see many mention SaskTel - well, they're in Ontario, too.

I have pressed the #1 to "lower my rate" (i have no credit cards.) For all i know someone stole my identity and got credit cards that i don't know about, it's a legitimate concern. Then i got some crotch stain hung up on me when i inquired about these supposed cards. You can call back and get removed from the calling list, however, if this was a case of freud and identity theft, how do you contact these people to get some answers?

They call from California. I don't know anyone there. Lots of US calls showing non-800 exchanges call here. Always leaving msgs about credit or other crap I don't need.

US telemarketers should not be allowed to call Canadians! That's so wrong!

Got the call, had a few minutes to kill so I picked up.
If you have over $4000.00 in credit card debt they say they'll consolidate it for you at some LOW 6.9% interest rate. I pay mine off every month so I couldn't keep him on the line long enough. The guy sounds like some ex pot head friends I know. Talks slow, probably reading something given to him.

got a call from these guys thay told her that they could reduce her interest on cc she thought it was a good deal since her interest was 19.5% she gave this lady her cc # she checked her account online tonight and there was some charges made one her cc these guys are scamers hope no one else falls for it

Called me today, no message.

How can we block these people from wasting our time and money?

This is" Expired Warranty', or "name selected for trip".  They have called all YEAR LONG regularly. Other numbers: 909-8429107, 909-8429176, 909-8429107, 202-4957127, 416-0005496.  I've  recently complainted to FTC. They don't stop calling, regardless. You should do the same.

lol I worked at JPM accelerated.I will be happy to tell you that it is a scam.It sounded like such bu***hit what they wanted me to tell people. Do not believe them.Example:We tell you that it is a free program being offered by all credit cards that will help your intrst rates and get you out of debt.Ok so why do we need you card number then?think about it

I've personaly worked with jpm's services
i was 50kin debt with a 29% interest rate
ya i got a one time fee of almost 1k and  they brought my interest down to almost 6%
they saved me thousands of dollars by far abosrbing my one time fee which was charged to the credit card i was paying off so  i didnt even notice it

I recieved a call on Feb.10,09 it was about lowering my intrest rate on my credit card ,there have been many other calls,on many other occasions I have also pressed the 9 button to have my number removed but the calls never end. The call today was at aprox 5:00pm I pressed the 1 button to speak to a rep to ask them to remove my # and as I was in the process of doing so the a**hole hung up on me. All calls say you have to be at least 4,000 in credit card debt. I hope these a**hole criminals are busted soon.

Call came in today @ 7:05pm but we weren't home.  Answering machine picked up the last of their, probably b_llsh_t, message.  Can't wait till I'm home to get this call so I can press 1 and ream out the person on the other end.  OH yeah,  wtf is SaskTel doing allowing this crap to go on.  Have they no sense of loyalty to their customers.  Block these m'er f'ers from continuing their obviously illegal and annoying telemarketing schemes.  Gee wiz man.

There was a 1-second call on my answering machine today (Jan 18) at around 4:30 pm.  Caller ID said the call came from 626-273-8276.  I'm in Canada (SW-Ontario).

If this is about reducing my credit-card rate, or about my credit-card debt, then please explain why I'm on their list, since I never carry a balance on my card.  I have only 1 credit card - Royal Bank Visa.

my wife answered and gave the phone to me...I stated we had no cc owings as of now...HE SAY "your wife's an idiot" and hangs up? WTF...I can not find a 1-800 number to call back and complain about this! go figure...

This number is calling often.  I have pressed 3 several time to be removed for the calling list but doesn't work.  I finally pressed 1 to talk to someone and tell them to remove my number from the list.  At the point some a**hole told me he would do that for a one time service fee of $629.00.  At that point I told them off and hung up the phone.

Just called our home.  Did not answer.  Also on the DNC list, but they call anyway.

It's a recorded message about "urgent information on reducing your credit card debt"... I'M ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST SO DON'T CALL ME WITH YOUR BS SCAM =]

Yeah, got one to. Last it was under the 12345678900 #, now this. Same thing "We have important information about your credit card". On that I hung up. No-one in our home has a credit card. As I said before these Weasels have found another rock to hide under and should be brought before the law.Once again I boot NOT salute our Sask.Tel. We pay for this? Where's our privacy and customer satisfaction? Not to mention harassment is ILLEGAL here in Canada.

Called...left no message...the previous owner of my phone number was a dead beat so prolly credit card people again.  I just tell them not to call.

It's nice to hear some hits on Sask-tel because I only thought it was MTS that sucks! Just got a call today from this number at the office.  I am in a government office and answer the phone accordingly and they do not speak. Unfortunately I have no control over this as well and no one will do anything about it either so I have to just take it.  Sooooo annoying!
