No call but had a charge on my card for $8.65, on 12/24, have disputed and cancelled my card.I have no idea how they got my number, what a hassle for that amount of money,but looks like they have a bunch of charges, amounts to a lot.

Received a Charge on my debit card. I had never even heard of the company. This company is a company that puts fradulent charges on your credit card.

Well I too woke up this A.M and found that ATALA designs from ST PAUL PARK put a POS sale (point of sale) on my Debit card. I called my Bank, They told me that it was a debit card purchase. Which means that it had to be From My debit card. and not actually my Bank account. 1.) yes my debit card is tied to my bank account. BUT the account number is what you really have to be worried about. The very worse case scenerial is that I will have to get a different bank account number. As of right now it is only going to be a new debit card with a different number. They have also put a BLOCK ON MY CARD SO NO ONE CAN GET ANY CHARGES OFF FROM IT. What i would like to know is that we all haven't done business at the same place but this ATALA company is the one getting our card numbers.

I just noticed a charge of $11.89 on my account as well.  I tried contacting the number and get an anwering machine along with an email address.  I doubt we will be hearing anything back from this company, as I have a feeling they are ripping people off.

I just got this as well.  It seems the charge happened last night.  It was on my husband's debit card though.  I hope I don't have to close my checking account after what I read here...

It happened to me too. The "company" ATALA Designs charged $11.89 in my checking account. I called them by phone, it's an answering machine and told me to send email to support@naturalordertemplate.com. There is no response at all. OMG, I just received my new box of check and now I have to destroy it because I have to cancel the card and cut the account. I also have to wait for my new card. It's weird.

I also got tagged by these people.I also have dealt with a sportscard/collectibles company online recently,Beckett.I was wondering if it was the same company you dealt with,and that would be where they got us.

I also received a charge from Atala Designs on 12 JAN 2008 in the amount of $11.89.  I called Bank of America to dispute it.  BofA gave me the phone number above to check, but as you all know, no one would ever answer (though the message did direct you to some very long e-mail address to contact).

Anyway, what bothers me is BofA really does not seem to give a damn about whether or not it is a fraudulent charge.  I have been with BofA over 15 years.  You would think they would be more "interested".  It is not like I am disputing charges left and right; maybe 3 over 15 years.

What's the point of having a pen number with the ATM Card or the 3 digits on the back of the cards ....Should be used at all times.....Good luck to all.

These dirtbags got me for $9.85 and I am changing my account. Does anyone have a internet crimes Number I can call so these scumbags are caught?

I placed an order online through ESPN.com and shortly after that I had a charge to my account for 9.85 on Dec 22nd.  It was from the Atala designs.  I had to cancel my cards and fill out a form to be notorized to have my bank reverse the charge.

Atala tried ripping me off as well.  I think their plan is to charge
many thousands of people knowing that many will not catch or waste
the time to dispute the charge.   But I did.  I hope they are caught.

I got two different charges on two different credit cards, from two different 'companies' Same guy on the message though.  I disputed both and one CC company was actually hassling me about it!!  Check all your statements to make sure this parasite isn't getting your money!!!

I got the Atala Designs ($10.65) and Sensate Technology for ($11.85) on Dec 12.  Two days later I got a call from my Cap One Visa company saying my credit card was being sent to a new address and phone number in Philly, I live in Fla!  Cancelled the card but the card company said I must dispute the charges with the vendor.  The card company definately lost my business.  Contacting Calif Atty Generals office and FBI Crimes per other post on Sensate and Atala.

I got online this morning only to realize that someone had also charged my card for 10.65 with ATALA Designs on December 26th. I'm going to my bank at lunch to resolve this.  It's absolutely unbelievable to me that someone would do this.

I also just realized a suspicious transaction from Atala designs.  I have never had any dealings with them in the past and have reported it to my bank as well.. They have also canceled my debit card...

There was a charge of the amount of $10.65 made on 11/30 from Atala Designs 626-310-0668 MN that I did not make.  It was charged through my VISA from Baxter Credit Union.  I just canceled my account.

I too received a charge for $11.85 on my debit card from Atala Designs posted on 12/24.  Called B of A and was told to call back when the transaction went through instead of it being pending.  They took the name of that company down in order to address it and be aware if anyone else called to dispute the charges.  Only thing I can think of of is I ordered a Raggedy Ann doll for my daughter from a company in Georgia two weeks before Christmas.  Glad I do online banking.

i just got this on my credit card today. it says the transaction occurred the 23rd and was posted the 24th. Heres the transaction decription:

canceled my card on the 22nd since i already had a replacement from opening a new account.  on hold with BoA right now to get the charge reversed.  

go through the bank to get it reversed and make a report with the FBI Internet Crimes dept.

My debit was charged $8.65 described as "POS PURCHASE TERM: 343889 ATALA DESIGNS 626-310-0668 MN DATE: 12/22".  Called my bank this morning and the charge will be removed.  It was also recommended that I get a new debit card.  I only placed two orders on-line this month using my debit card - one with a christian book/music store and one with a sport card/collectibles company.  Additional research on this phone number also lead to reports of fraud coming from phone number 805-275-2235.  You should watch for it too.

The exact same thing happened to me with a charge from Atala Designs in MN on 12/01.  The phone number listed has a 626 area code.  I reported it to my bank.  They are investigating and have cancelled my credit card.  This seems to be a growing problem!

I also was charged by them for $10.65. I called my credit card company and I now have to fill out some paperwork to dispute the charges. This just happened the 12th of December. There's another website online that has all the information on these scammers. Google search it under Atlana Designs. Really upsets me that I can't even use paypal safely online while going through an outside website...
