Received a restricted call from a girl Saying she found me on career builder and when she didnt give me the name of the company, i said i was busy and I hung up.  Next day received a message from Neil Cheng, advising me that his coworker asked him to call me back and if I was looking for work.  Again no company name given.  Just had a bad feeling about this from the get go so I googled and found this page on the number.  I won't be calling them back...

Yes the guy up there is a moron... I am actually I happy client of Neil Chang's, and also doing WFG part-time with my brother Danny, you guys are just retarded and have no lives and cant find a job. You know nothing about WFG. You understand WFG is owned by Aegon, which is a dutch company located in the netherlands? It's a Fortune 500 firm and has 543 billion dollars in assets, bigger than IBM, Microsoft, Mcdonalds combined. Also they do business w/ other Fortune 500 firms like ING, Prudential, Pacific Life, Fidelity. Ask yourself the question if WFG is a scam, why would these fortune 500 firms do business w/ them...obviously they're not. ING, Prudential, etc is more credible than you will ever be d***hit... Do your research moron... and I copied my brother Danny's msg thanks for wondering

Well. That Neil Chang apparently changed his number to 714-643-6345. yes. he didn't want to say from which company he is representing. I guess he reads these forum posts. I totally agree that company like this shouldn't exists. I want a REAL job. Not a job where I have to burn bridges with my friends and family and scamming them.I love my friends and family so I don't want to offer them something that is going to put their life upside down. I don't mind working hard for 12 hours a day as long it is legitimate and the pay isn't less than what you get on EDD or like in India.

I get these calls all the time-this is about the 5th different person and phone number-all the same gimmick. They will call you, say they are impressed with your resume and want to set up an interview either in Chino or Brea. When you are at the "interview" it's actually a huge meeting with lots of people there trying to sign you on on the program-World Financial Group-Aeogon. It's seems like a MLM but I'm not 100% sure. I just stay away.

I got the same call, referenced Career Builder, same name, same address, garbled the company name, referenced Transamerica (should someone tell Transamerica about this?). He wouldn't do a phone interview, or reference what position I applied for. And he wanted a Saturday interview at 1:00, then said 12:30...all very strange. Initially I agreed to show up but I'll be calling back and canceling. Thanks to everyone for posting these comments!

He called back. want to set up interview at 3350 east birch st. I asked what the position was, he changed the subject. I googled the information and phone number he gave me. He's still around...I posted my resume on careerbuilder just last night and today a little after 5 pm, he called and left a voice mail on my cell phone.  He said his name was Neil Chang and he was calling about my resume and wanted to possibly set up an interview.  I googled his name and found this website.  Thanks for the heads up.  And I'm filing a complaint with careerbuilder, although I don't know what they can do about it.

Just got a call from the same guy, same number, same type of voicemail.....Neil, no company name, call back at 626/322-4398.

Needless to say, after checking out the number and finding this page, I will NOT be calling him back.

I'm also considering both a complaint to the CareerBuilder people and cancelling my resume on that site.

A person named Neil Chang left a message and said it is regarding the resume. He asked to call back and leave message so he will call back. He did not mention the name of the company. The phone number he provided was 626-322-4398. His name on caller ID was showing Jack Chang. He called after normal business hours which I found not typical business practice. I have also posted my resume on Career builder.

Well it looks like this Neil guy gets around.  I just got a call from 626-322-4398 while I was on the line with unemployment so I didn't answer.  I too am listed on Career Builder so that must be where he is getting our information.  I do know that when I went through the process of registering to post my resume the last step gave the option of just giving out my e-mail address and not my phone number so I choose that and clicked post resume, but oops I forgot to name the resume so it didn't post until I named it at clicked on the post button.  Just after I clicked the post button and it was processing I noticed that my original choice of just give out my e-mail was changed back to the default of give out everything so I was too late.  This might be the reason people like this Neil can get ahold of our info.  Good luck to all who are looking for a job.

Same here! I just missed a phonecall from Neil Chen and said it's regarding my resume without specifying his company name. In the voice mail he left the callback number (626)322-4398. Weird thing is that my caller ID said the phonecall I missed is (714)399-1806. And yes, I post my resume on CareerBuilder.... that sucks!

Got the same call from Neil... same deal as last couple posts... His first question to me was so lame and opened up pandoras box as to the legitimacy of the company. AEON FLUX? I mean AEGON FINANCIAL WORLD something...

Does CareerBuilder know about this? STAY AWAY. Sounds like a big time scam (mortgage/foreclosure assistance, credit card merchant services, etc)

I received a call on my cell phone from 626-322-4398 on the bus, on my way to school. When I told the caller I was on the bus, he was surprised. I told him I'd call back in a few minutes. After I arrived at school, I went to the career center and googled the number. 800notes came at the top of the list.

I called the number back and Neil sounded like he didn't remember he called me. When I asked if this was regarding a resume I sent to another company two days ago on CareerBuilder, he said yes. When I asked if he was with that company, he said no and immediately asked if I was still looking for work. I pressed him for the company name, and he said he was with Aegon World, then threw at me a bunch of company names that was supposed to impress me. When he asked if I was interested in meeting face-to-face with him, I said "no" then hung up.

Any representative that hesitates to give his company's name, then glosses over it when cornered into giving it, is not worth my time or patience.

DO NOT REPLY TO 626-322-4398! IT AIN'T ON THE SQUARE! ITZA FRAUD! IT BELONGS TO A BUNCH OF LOLO'S! IT STINKS AND HAS COOTIES! YOU'LL GET THE MEASLES IF YOU LET IT KISS YOU! EWWW!

Thank you, 800notes!

I got the same call 626-322-4398.  I don't respond to these kinds of calls.  Any "legitimate" employer's HR department will identify the company.  Usually these types of phone calls are for telemarketer, commission only positions. Usually b***s*** positions.  If that's your thing, then call him back.  But I have no interest in calling someone back who doesn't identify their company when leaving a message.

"This call is for ..... this is Neil Chang I want to talk to you about interviews."

The person does not identify what company they are calling from or what the job position is about.
