I received a text from this number at 3:48a saying:  
"Somebody loves you and has provided you an incredible E-card."  Followed by a link when pressed went blank.

Received a text from this number about 4am.  It states:

"This person is crazy about you and has now created you a certain e-card".  Click on link and they want you to sign up for some ecard site.
