This number phoned our emergency medical line (I work in a medical center) and when I answered it was a recorded pitch for a line of credit.  It started, "Listen up!" -- and we want the jerks behind the telemarking to listen up:  stop clogging hospital lines with your stupid calls.

I tried calling this number back and got a recording saying that if I am returning a call I should hang up and wait for a call back to hear their important offer.

I get 15-20 calls a week from these types of numbers, they never leave a message when i don't answer, and when i do they almost never say anything, they just hang up. when they do answer i will f*ck with them by asking them for their home number or asking the guys that answer out on a date. it's just some fun i have when i'm bored. personally ihope they keep calling because if they don't what am i gonna do with my free time?

Intelius says this number is a residential number in Covina, CA. For roughly $15, they'll tell you who it is, etc. I'm not sure it's worth the money now I've found this little site with messages...

Annoying recorded telemarketing messages. I've had 3 calls from this area code today and it's barely half over.

I don't answer calls from numbers other than family members.  I have had 3 calls from this number.  I let it ring until answering machine picks up, all there is...silence.

I just got a msg from Greg claiming to be from a non-profit offering to lower my credit dard debt..call back at 866 779 3934 saying I'd been pre-approved by one of the non profit agencies. Over the last few years the Washington State Attorney Generals office has done a lot of work on these calls. ALL!! have been shown to be Phony Front operations for major finance companies who actually increase your debt by as much as 300%. This is either a bizzare joke or a blatant rip off. The worse part is they come in cycles. I know I'll be getting 12-15 a week for 6-8 weeks.

Got a message from someone named "Jason" saying that if I had been in business for more than a year, I will qualify for a line of credit up to $250,000. It's a one page application and call him back at 1-877-209-8791.

same here, this number calls all the time and no one talks, I hang up, they call back, its weird if you ask me.

its really frustrating. its not just once a day. its several times a day.
they dont say anything. they're just wasting my time.

I answered the phone and received no response. It's aggravating, especially since I had our number added to the "Do Not Call List".

A call from this number came in this morning, and when I answered, a recording started. So I hung up.

I hope a live person calls from this number one day, because I would love to do what I usually do to telemarketers: While they start their presentation, I swallow massive amounts of air, and cut loose with the loundest and longest belch I can muster, then enjoy their stunned silence for a couple of seconds before I hang up. They want to give me a blast, so I give them one of my own :)

caller id showed calling and then the number 626-368-0779 they did not leave a message so, i hope they don't call again, i will not answer.

I received a call from this number this morning and as soon as I said hello they hung up. Wierd.

Calls like these need to stop!

I said hello and got no answer and then hung up.

I said hello, but it was a recording about some offer. That pissed me off.

When the recording ended, there was an option 1 to talk to a representative, or 2 to have your number removed from the list. Since I know that option 2 never works, I hit 1 and spoke directly to a representative so as to get my number removed. This rep was extremely unprofessional, used the F--- word repeatedly at me. Admittedly I drew first blood on the F--- word, but still, I never expected that from any business calling me to sell me something. The call quickly became a yelling match, threats of calling the police on each other, then I just gave up and hung up on him.

i said hello and there was no answer it was as if someone was just listening to me talk then they hung up.
