Scam caller saying he's calling from Southern California Edison Company offering a 20% rebate with installation of solar energy panels. LOL If that is the case, why are they calling from a spoofed phone number? Geez, I wonder why!

Received a phone call from them a few minutes ago. The man on the phone asked to speak to my husband. I told him he wasn't home and asked to take a message. He said there was no message. I asked who was calling. He said "John". When I asked where he was calling from, he said "I already told you I wasn't interested in leaving a message" and hung up. I called the number back that showed up on my caller ID and found out it was a solar energy company. I asked to speak to a supervisor. One was put on the phone. I told them that I wanted my number removed and that they better not EVER call my house again, especially with an attitude like that. The manager was actually very nice and I was told that my number would be removed and that the person who called me would be spoken to and the situation would be handled properly. Let's hope so.

I also received a few calls from this number over the last few weeks. Never answered, merely answered by saying "stop calling me" and hung up. I live in Pasadena, Ca. According to GURU online search, the number is in Monterey Park, Ca.

I got a number of calls from this number in the last couple of days. Didn't have the chance to pick up though because google voice didn't forward them. It would be interesting to know why.

Yes but I have blocked all none caller ID's. If others are getting calls too without identifying themselves I will ditch the number and report to my service with youmail.com as spam
