Just got two calls from this number - woman is Chinese - all I could understand was AT&T - when I said - I don't understand - she asked if I speak Chinese - when I said no - you no speak Chinese - sorry and hangs up - whatever - but - really - at 10:30pm at night? Even telemarketers know they have to stop at 9:00pm. Called ID at one point said Hu Jian Guo,

A girl just called me from 626-400-6442, saying that she was calling from AT&T and would like to offer me a 28% discount for my cell phone plan. I called AT&T and was told that there was no such an offer. It was a scam.
A friend of mine fell for the exactly the scam recently. The caller got into his AT&T account (with "authorization" of course) and offered two brand new cell phones. The charges showed up in his next phone bill.
So, be alert! Whenever in doubt, call AT&T using the customer service number shown in your phone bill and verify.

we got phone calls from 626-400-6442 many times.
These people tell us they are calling from AT&T. They say they will give us $100 back for each cell phone number we have but they ask for our ss# and address .

He is try sale their Dish Network service with 2 year contact. but he will tell you your receiver(s) will stop working in two weeks. We will have somebody come to your house to replace the receiver(s). I called Dish Network custom service after received this call. They told me that guy lied to me, he just try to push to sale the service.

This number is subscribed from under VOIP ITalkBB company (italkbb.com) with italkbb account number 8991177526. They also have another account number 8991171290, this account number shows "private caller" on caller ID.
This is telemarketing company.
