They have a new phone number 959-415-7377 and same MO as all the above.  I am letting my lawyer call them.  Very little information given on phone, would just say they are called Moulder and Associates.

I am getting calls from the same people but the number is different. They are calling me from 626-385-7811. Same thing saying they are from legal services trying to serve me legal documentation and no one is home. Threatening to come to my job. Has anyone actually been served by them? I did not give them any information thank goodness.

Has anybody actually been served by these guys? I have gotten calls exactly the same as everyone else but cannot find anything on these guys. The number that I was told to call was different but it is the same people. I demanded proof that I owed them something and they said they did not have it. They said their client did and that I would have to contact their client for that. Threatened to have me served at work.

These people (Mulder and Associates) called me from (626) 921-6055 claiming that they are a legal support service and to contact someone by the name of Rebbeca Mulder or "Mulder and Associates". They acting like lawyer reading a script. Is it against federal and state laws and when they call the number was block. They call my entire family cell number.

Got the same call as other threating they called my husbands cell phone too, stating that they tried to deliver a letter to out residence but no one was home to receive the documents and the I need to either contact them or have my attorney contact them.  It like get in line bytches! These bill collectors go through too many lengths to try and get your money!  How they got my husbands cell phone number I will never know!!

Mulder and Associates called everyone in my family acting as a lawyers office trying to deliver me a document.  They should lock up maggie mulder and whoever else is involved with this and throw away the key.

These people (Mulder and Associates) called me from (626) 415-8311 claiming that they are a legal support service and to contact someone by the name of Maggie Mulder or "Mulder and Associates". They said that I was listed as a contact reference and they needed to deliver important documentation to my place of residence. I have no idea how these people got my information but if they are debt collectors then they have no business calling me because I have NO DEBT at all. Also, I would like to inform all of you who have been contacted/harrassed by these people to please record and save all conversations/communication you have with them. They are violating state and federal laws by posing as "lawyers" or "attorneys". Don't fall for their lies, my advice would be to ignore their calls or report harassment to state government officials.

calling and acting as an attorneys office...have my aunts number that has not been given out...very rude and suspicious. NOT ATTORNEYS

They called again stating this is the legal support  services...we are sending you a legal document today between 9-5pm...make sure someone is home to received this document or give us a call back to reschedule delivery....I'm like wtf? Then he mentioned to contact moulder & associates again! How do this people find out your number and addresses? And sounds like they're threatening you? Waste of time

Do not give them any information. They are only a debt collection agency. They are not associated with any legal firm or attorney. They did the samething to ne except I'm not to easily to be scared. I asked to speak to there attorney or legal counsel they are associated with. They have none and they hung up. I called again and warned to stop calling peopleand telling them they are being sued and that they are a litigation firm. Do not give them any information make them provide the original debt paper work. By law they have to. If they can't they are to cease calling u. Report Mulder and associates to the Pasadena police department. And federal trade Commission. File a complaint even if u owe money because they are nit allowed. To say certain things or pose/make people believe they are attorneys. Its illegal. Do not be afraid of these people one bit. File a complaint no matter what. They are only a debt collection agency that's all.

God, these men have the SEXIEST voices! I got a call from them and all I could wonder was...what are they wearing?? But seriously, paying debts is hawt ya'll!! Let's get gay for tha' pay!

Thank god I did my research!  I just got a call from my brother stating that these folks called him looking for me and they wanted to file a case against me and had to serve me with papers.  MO seems the same for all of you.  I called them this morning and left a message.  I'm interested in seeing what they have to say.  Then I will tell them to call my lawyer and see if they ever call me again.  Thanks to all of you for putting your feedback here to help others.  This was really helpful.  And to SOMEONE - I dont need GOD, just GOOGLE!

These people just called my cousin saying to her that I need to call them regarding a matter and I'm now reading these reviews.  I'm now believing it is a SCAM!

Me and my wife received a call from a guy stating that I n saying they were Legal Support Services with Mulder and Associates to call Mark Mulder and that have been trying too serve papers legal documents and they have try to send to my address, I never received anything and never had anything with these people never heard of them nor the BBB.  THEY HAVE SHOW ME PAPERS FOR I FALL FOE THIS!!  call even came in as private number!!!

They just got me!  I will now have to cancel my credit card and claim fraud with my bank.  DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

I received a call from them today from a blocked number on my cell phone.  They left a Voice mail for me to call them back.  I have been divorced 9 years now and companies are still contacting me about my ex's debts.  And when I give them my lawyers number they wont call him.  Pretty fishy.

I just got scammed by these people!!  They called saying they were Legal Support Services with Mulder and Associates.  I called back and spoke to a Ben Davis.  He totally sucked me in to giving him my credit card info to set up payments on this Total Access Card (which I don't even have any more) in order to have the "lawsuit" dropped against me.  Something in my gut said there was something wrong with all of this and I did some investigating on the internet and found it to be a SCAM!  I have since cancelled my credit card and have talked to the local police to get a case #.  Be careful!!

Have you heard anything more from Mulder and Associates. They are calling me.

I have received several calls from Mulder and Associates. They claim they are trying to collect on a credit card I defaulted on in 2008. I lost my job. So they tell me they have been trying to serve me papers. Basically all the same story as everyone above. I called them back and what scares me is if they are not legitimate they have my SS#! Since I know I owe a bill on a credit card I almost set payment plan with them. They say with court fees and suck I owe 2100.00 but they would settle for 945.00. Are these people real? Oh the last call I got was from some Legal Support Services Company telling me the had papers to serve me and if I didn't call Mark Mulder they would contact the local sheriff department which also happens to be my former employer.

They called my fiance and I saying that I owed money to US Bank, and if I didn't pay them within 24 hours, I would be served.  After speaking to them, I knew something was completely off.  First, they do not have a website, what kind of a collection agency would not have a website?!  Secondly, if you look up the phone, it is actually a cell phone number.  Third, I called US Bank, and spoke to their customer service and recovery department, US Bank has no idea who these people are, and do not work with them in any way.  They called me back today demanding money.  We have decided to get our attorney involved, and also file a charge against them for harassment.  Oliver Mitchell is a fraud.

I checked my child's cell phone messages after he received an unknown call. The message was for me from "Legal Support Services with Mulder and Associates" claiming they had urgent legal documents that needed to be handled within 24 hours. They have my full name, address, and ssn. They called on my child cell phone number. Pretty scary.

Same thing. They called my cell about 3 to 4 times, one after the other... then did it again (I'm sure of it) from a withheld number.

The voice mail said that there were documents needing signing, otherwise I would have a "failure to appear" - after which, they called one of my relatives and left the same information.

Kind scary stuff...

They called me today as well... When I got the feeling it was fradulant, I told them I needed all their information becauase I felt things were fishy I wanted to file a report with the police. They guy I was speaking to Oliver Mitchell became VERY defensive, and wouldnt give me any information and hung on me.

I called the police, they said it is scam, and they are just trying to get money out of you. They said if you continue to get calls that you need to file a report.

EXACT thing happened to me last night. This man said his name was Mark Molder and argued the same thing. He ALSO called my husbands phone and left the same message. I was given 24 hours or they would be at my property serving some papers that he would not comment on. This is crazy!
