I received a call too. Did a reverse number look up and it is an unpublished number from Covina-Baldwin Park California.

Recd. this call labeled "Rev Path", don't know who it is, and really do not care.  Just want all of these junk calls to stop! But from looking at other posts it is a scam to get you to "sail away"!

Debt collector fishing for info

My caller ID said it was a  Rev Path. Watch out when you apply for free dinners from well known restaurants, better insurance quotes and the like. You subject yourself to these kind of things. Just hang up

Just got the call too, automated system says press 3 to be removed.  When you do, automated says 3 is not a valid option...... interesting!!!!

Just got a call and read these posts.  When I read about the "win a cruise" I immediately wondered if any of you have signed up with Ambit energy lately??  When I signed up they said about EARNING a trip.  I haven't done anything lately that my number should have been given to solicitors other than changing electric companies.

Just got a call from this #. Did not answer as i did not know who it was. No msg left so figured it was one of those auto-dialers the basement telemarketers use. Will block this number. Just so irritating! Also had one from a 240 # on Friday trying to sell me reduced insurance. I just hung up on the foreigner.

I just got the same call and they left no message.  I'm sick of these kinds of calls all day....with no messages.  I'm supposed to be on a 'NO CALL LIST'..  Anyone have any idea how to get rid of these nuisance calls???

I recieved this call on 4/29/11. When I looked at the number on my cell phone I noticed it was from california. What part of california - I don't know, it didn't say. I'm a writer and I have two short stories copyrighted at the U.S. Copyright Office in washington, D.C. and published on a european site called writebuzz.com. So I thought it was related to my work. I got excited and answered the call. I was redirected to a person in florida. It's a scam for a two day, two people cruise ship in florida. I lived in miami, florida for a year and I've sen a lot of cruise ships there. But, I still know this is  a scam. It could be business people in a corporate boiler room (conspiracy). It's bad enough we get things like this in our emails. My phone is prepaid. Prepaid phones are open too many malicious calls. People should report these scammers. Don't give them your debit or credit card numbers. Watch out for those calls. Great job with the comments everyone.

I'm listed with the do-not-call list as well. My point is why create it if it's not going to be effective? I don't answer calls I don't recognize.

Got a call this afternoon but they said "press 3 if you want to be off the list".  So we shall see.

I have my cell registered with donotcall.gov but, that didn't matter. I'm from the Philadelphia area and can't understand how someone in the San Gabriel, CA area got my number. I reported the call to the Do Not Call Registry. They assure me an investigator will get back to me. (Have no fear, our Government is on the job and as all of us know, they are here to help us!!  --  Don't hold your breath, I'm not.)

got a missed call on my cell from this number  wanted to know who it was from... I live in a different area code and did not want to make a long distance call

This is an automated spam message regarding winning a cruise. Once you answer the call they will call you relentlessly.

Just got the call. Did NOT answer b/c I knew it was a telemarketer! Don't answer :-) Oh, they left me a message.

Obviously scam/telemarketer...no need to answer unless you want to opt out from recieving calls...

This number has called several times, I have direct tv sattlelite which display the caller info on the tv screen, if I don't know the caller or number. I never answer. They soon learn that they'll never get an answer and quit calling. This is obviously a scam.Don't answer.

This call from california is a scam. I am also on the do not call list. If it is not a number I know, I donot answer.They called but left no message.

Got a call from this number with the caller id of  Rev Path. They did not leave a message

I am on the do not call list.  This was a PRE-RECORDED telemarketing call telling me I won a cruise to the Bahamas and the recording said it was Caribean Cruise Line.  Lucky me!  Who falls for these scams?  Seriously?  I called back and the recording now said it was The Internet Survey Group and they called me because they were responding to a survey I filled out online.  LIE.  I don't complete surveys online.  Another number I'll be reporting.
