Am in Toronto, area code is California. Was busy when they called and did not pick up. It rang about about 3 times and stopped. No msg. left. Obviously some type of telemarketing.

JUST look at the source, Brain dead Idiots, sad to have to  class them as humans , can not qualify for a real job.

Just got a call from these scammers via recorded message at 626.521.5538 - they said someone had entered my name at Canadian Tire and we won a vacation.  Hung up -

Yes, we keep on receiving phone calls from this number,  We never answered nor they left any messages.  Srill, it's so annoying.  Wish, if there's a way of blocking all those useless callers.  Thanks to your posts, as we at least managed to know that we did right while ignoring the calls.

No you didn't. You just got scammed. Watch your phone bill. It will probably be enormous ... Call your phone company to see if charges are being put on your bill for items that you did not originate

This number keeps is repeatedly calling on our house phone showing up as UNKNOWN NAME on our call display. We do not pick up on numbers that show up as UNKNOWN NAME unless we know the calling number's owner

Just got a call from 1-626-521-5538, didn't answer, no message left.

JUST RECIEVED A CALL FROM 626-521-5538 TELLING ME THAT I JUST WON $1000 AT WAL-MART AND A FREE STEAK AT THE OUTBACK. HUNG UP BEFORE RECIEVING ANY MORE INFO

I got a call from this no and the guy told me that he is calling from walmart and I won lucky draw for 2500, he transfer me to different department where I got answering

I was being absolutely tongue in cheek. I agree with you 100%. That's the point: how can so many random people receive free things without entering any so called DRAWS.

I just got a call from this number as well... claiming to represent 4 major retailers.  It was a recorded message saying my name had been entered into a draw for a trip with free drinks and to press 1 to accept or 3 to be removed from phone list. I pressed 3. Let's see if that will stop this tripe.
