I got a call from this number too and I don't even shop at Wal-Mart.  I didn't talk to the person, but from what I'm reading here it is just a random caller using a common shopping place to get peoples' attention.  Y'all hear "walmart" and assume it's legitimate because, "hey, I shopped there last night".  Nope nope, just a loser with a scam.

i have about 10 calls from 215-383-9743 Silg Symmetry tells me i won a $100.00 gas card has all my info.

Someone has called me from this number for an entire week.  I just keep declining the call.

Early morning calls with immediate hangups, thought it was a prank until I googled it, might be from a Craigslist scam ad! I have no credit cards and do no business through my phone, other than CL. Tired of humans who try to emulate mosquitos, irritating and will suck the blood out if you let them!

I have been getting calls for the past two days non stop. the last time i told him off he then called me back and called me a bi*** too. i want to choke this guy,.

this number WONT STOP CALLING ME! it's getting frickin annoying. i answered once and he said i won a giftcard from walmart and that he needed my credit card information. NOPE, not gonna get that. stupid people. im so tired of him calling. i told him to stop and he hasnt.

The national and State FCC both told me that they are telling everybody that get a phone call from this number to call themThe National complaint number is 1877 382 4357. They will tell you how to handle these annoying phone calls.

They call me all the time. I have contacted state and fed. They told me that is the best thing to do and then do not answer anymore calls from them. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT give them ANY INFO!

Check your accounts! IDK how, but I just checked and they really already had my card info! I canceled my card and reported it, but be careful. I haven't even order anything online recently and the account they used is only used to draft my dogs insurance payments! They just called me today and have already used my account when I told them i wouldn't give them my card and hung up on them. he called right back and said it's not our fault if your info gets into the wrong hands and your account is charged! What in the world! How do these people do this?

I got a call from RMG. saying they wanted to send me a 500 dollar gift card and asking for my card number. gave them an old one and then they said something about 50 bucks charging and just say yes, but it wouldn't really charge me. i told them no and hung up they kept calliing back and trying to tell me to give them my card number on a recording. i said no again and told them to stop calling kept calling singing and saying weird stuff. I told them i would report them and they said they aren't scared and were going to charge my card for alot of stuff! called the number back (6265215628) and it said it was telemarketing and  press 1 to add to dnc list and 2 for a person. pressed 2 and it said it was a voicemail that was full. called pressed 1 and added my number. good thing I gave them a fake number! idiots

Also used card at walmart.  Same number keeps calling and saying a promotion with 500 dollar gift card, wanted card info for shipping and handing. Think he says was from something benefit, guy caslled ricky, then one from a sam, then henry, 10 times in 2 days, keep telling him no and going to report his company that is a scam,  trying to block this  number on phone.

I have had 6 calls from this number since yesterday afternoon (12/19) until 40 minutes ago today (12/20). I finally got annoyed enough to the point of purchasing a phone trace record.

My results are as follows:

Upon further checking of the individual's background, I found this information:

I keep getting this call from this number 626 521 5628. i've called back and requested to be put on the no call list five times and they still call me. . . they call then hang up when i answer. it's really pissing me off.

well i just spoke to a wal mart fraud rep, and she said that it was because of someone hacking into my email, which does not explain how they have my card number. i am very aggravated now, and as usual, walmart loves to mask an issue instead of fixing it. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
she said the only thing she could tell me to do is to chage my email address, request a new debit card, and try to better safeguard my information.

ok.... so i got this call today, and due to the nature of my employment i answered. Needless to say the guy went on a 20 minute rant about how i won a 500.00 gift card, because of a purchase that i made from walmart via the internet, he had my name, card number, address, and other information that i had to fill out in order to make my purchase online. Never again will I make an online purchase at walmart or anywhere else for that matter. He said that his name and information is: victor brown

i wish i could reach thru the phone and strangle him, as he has been calling for over a week, as late as 10 pm, i have only answered 1 time because i was asleep the other times that he called, but as soon as i find out what i can do to stop the madness, i will share.

I have contacted the Virginia State Police and Department of Criminal Investigation. The number that continues to call is anot a valid number so, we know this is either a scam or phone fraud, bioth of which is illegal.Any one reciveing these calls should contact their State Police and give their inforamtion as well as to the calls and number.
There are several states this number coiuld be coming from. Alabam, Vriginia, California to name a few.Keep a record and when we find him, we will file a class action suite agianst him!
