bunch or rat b@stards ...............SOOOOOOOOOOO frapping annoying to run catch the phone ringing off the hook, only to find it is yet another credit card processing company trying to get into my business. FAT CHANCE!!  This really should be outlawed.

unwante solicitation - multiple calls per week & hangups

The caller id said "Atrium" just called our office and ask for the owner of a "wrong number" he dialed.  When I told him the company he got he then asked for out owner.  I don't think so..... I said and hung up.

Received a call from "Atrium" today and the wanted to schedule an appointment to meet with the owner about payment processing and how they could guarantee increased sales with the credit card processors.  Told them no thanks.  hopefully they get the message.

Got a call. It came up Atrium on the caller ID at work. She asked for the owner. I said "he is out of the office, can I help you?" Apparently she doesn't listen, because she asked for the owner again. I repeated myself. She then hung up.

These idiots called our business again. Female brusquely asking for the owner. I told her he was on the road and asked if I could help her. She ignored my offer to assist her, asked for the co-owner instead.  I explained that the company was all of four people. She then asked, "Are you a co-owner then?"  I told her we were a corporation (thus we don't have "owners.")  She then replied, "Oh, you're a corporation?  Okay then, thank you."  She then hung up.  Huh??  I've never before had anyone hang up on me because we are a corporation.  (A little S-Corp, actually.)  Of course, the fact that we have Inc. at the end of our name probably should have been a clue.  Duh!  Caller ID showed "Atrium", apparently a credit card processing company.  They've called our business before because they apparently can't take a hint.

of course mailbox would be full - everyone wants them to stop calling!

I am a photographer, and recently photographed a call center. One large "room" about 600 8'x6' cubicle, 600 operator.
They are making random calls for different entities.

William from Atrium processing called asking to speak to the owner by name. I asked what it was in regards to and he said "merchant services" I put them on hold and they hung up and few seconds later.  I guess they didn't like me wasting their time.

call 1-800-618-4428 and press "5" when the menu starts after it asks u if u want spanish.  talk to those people and tell them they suck and u want off the call list.

Keep getting calls from these clowns.  I've gotten all the variations: speak with the owner, hang up, rude low IQ trash, and a rep will be in my area tomorrow.  

What I did was express absolute delight that a rep is coming over to see little ole me.  I then give an address of where to meet.  It's the Police Headquarters.

Telemarketer ......"ATRIUM"      When you call this number back.....it states the mailbox is FULL. Then it asks for an extension.......

"CRESENT PROCESSING" ......    A credit card processing company that has had to change it's name three (3) times, because of the unsolicited calls  and phone harassment,,,,,,,,,,

Got a call saying the manager was going to be in my area and wanted to drop off information.  Asked what time we opened.  I told the caller that 1) I did not have any appointments available on the date suggested, 2) we do not take credit cards in our business, 3) her "manager" would be wasting her time.  When I told her what time we open, the caller said that her "manager" would be here at X:30.  I reminded her that the "manager" was free to drop off information, but that her "manager" would not be able to see me.  CLICK goes the line.  I can't wait to see if anyone shows at X:30.

Many phone calls from this company with hang up or nothing when answered. This morning, a male voice asked for "owner by name." When our CSR informed him that the "owner" was "unavailable," he very abruptly hung up. Our CSR googled the number to find more information and found that others had the same experience. Our CSR called back immediately, left message with "operator" marked "prompt attention" to remove our number from their database / do not call. Will repost if successful.

Received a call from this company asking to speak to the owner. I told him the owner does not take direct calls and asked to take a message. He then told me that he offered credit card payment processing and I told him that we do not accept solicitation calls. Apparently the gentleman has a low IQ because he then tried to claim that his solicitation call, to solicit our business for their services, was not a solicitation call. He also said that this was in regards to a scheduled meeting with us the following day on our property. I informed the guy that no such meetings have been scheduled and that if they do come on to our property they would be considered trespassing.

Just got a call from them also - except when I called back it said Cressent Processing.

Of course the mailbox was full, etc and I wasn't leaving a message for the operator.

Our company received a call from this number at 1211 hrs today. As the phone number was far from local and the caller ID said "Atrium" I knew immediately that it was yet another unwanted sales call. Amidst a lot of background noise, a woman on the other end immediately asked for "the owner." When told the owner worked on the road, she brusquely acknowledged what I said and abruptly terminated the call.  Even if we were looking for another credit card processing company (which we are not) I wouldn't do business with someone so brusque because it was apparent that I was just one call among many calls she needed to make.  What's amusing and disgusting to me is these cold-callers who only want to talk to the owner. They never realize that it's the humble person answering the phone that they have to convince because not only do I filter calls that eventually get through to the boss but he would immediately turn the matter over to me to investigate anyway. The office is my domain, not his. They repeatedly make the mistake of assuming the female answering the phone is "just a secretary" when I'm actually a corporate officer in our tiny little company. Chauvinistic thinking strikes out again!

got a call said hello twice then the phone started ringing then hung up..... dont know who it is but its annoying. calling cresent processing company . sales/scam i think. lamesauce guess ill have to enter mynumber in the do not call data base again

I received a phone call from a company called Atrium processing. I asked what it was in regards to and they would not tell me. They would only speak to the owners. They are extremely rude and I do not wish for them to call our office again.
