Home Owners Direct is the Phony Referral Agency.
They are telemarketing their services to homeowners in the Orange County & Los Angeles county areas offering the use of referring per-screened contractors to aid in home remodeling projects.

All of these companies are owned and managed by SAHL Builders. Owned by Ofer Farkash.
They portray themselves as competitors, but in reality, they are all the same company!

This is nothing but a call center located at 3151 Cahuenga blvd. in Los Angeles which telemarkets home improvements and falsely presents itself as a contractors referral agency and is owned by OFER FARKASH of SAHL Builders.
Their Website is called Local Remodeling.com., which they purchased, is a set-up. If you type in
Local remodeling.com in your computer you get Home Remodelers Direct. It looks like a Contractors referral company. But it's not, not at all. It's the call center owned and operated by OFER
Farkash. Their site shows them as members of A Kitchen and Bath Association. Impossible. Also,
Referral companies do not offer Financing or Credit Cards. Their sites show this. You call their Telephone number and you reach one of their Telemarketers.
GO GREEN REMODELING Lic # 468748, TLC HOME IMPROVEMENT Lic # 299161, UNIQUE HOME DESIGN Lic#441931 and ECO FRIENDLY CONSTRUCTION Lic # 366984. These are the only companies that do business through HOME OWNERS DIRECT and ARE ALL OWNED by OFER FARKASH.
What a total rip-off. THEY ARE ALL THE SAME.

Some company called "Go Green". When I asked to be placed on the Do Not Call List, I was floored when the guy said, "Ok. I'll put you on the Do Not Call List, and also Schindler's List." click. in shock!
