original number on cell shows up as 999-910-0103...foreign man left a message and could not completely understand, but something like this. stated my name and the last 4 of my social and if i didn't respond to the call he would be sending an officer to my home or place of employment to arrest me for something with the internet i think...and to call back Ron(?) at 626-608-1004. Kinda freaky since no one that i do business with has my cell number.
