Same terrorists calling again.

I've been receiving these crime-calls since 2011 or 2012, a majority saying "Ve vant vork your house (and steal from you)"

Now it's 2014, and the crime calls continue on my unlisted number, me long registered on the (unfunded) Do Not Call list

Investing in a CPR call blocker is a remedy, returning peace and quiet to my life.

Just got my regular call from these idiots.  I never answer them and I never will.  And yet they persist...

Tell all these marketing calls, your home is in foreclosure, they will remove you from their list and will quit calling, puts a stop to a lot of calls immediately, some will  just hang up when they find out the home is being foreclosed on. Just another suggestion to stop these annoying telemarketers.

received call from 640-6625 at 8am about doing work in my home, caller said he was making a courtesy call since i didn't have work for his handyman company a year ago, but how would i care to hire today? i could hear he was reading from a script and wouldn't offer information about what repairs, what company, so hung up on him

First one, so far, this morning (had about 5 of these yesterday).  Caller ID said 640-6625 Unknown Name.  I answered, man said good morning, how are you, etc.  I told him if this was a sales call we were not interested and we are on the DNC Registry.  He said no, it wasn't a sales call, then proceeded to tell me his name (Scott something) and that he had spoken to me last year about doing some remodeling. I cut him off, said he was a liar and hung up.  It doesn't do any good to report these calls, they cannot stop them as long as they are able to spoof the true telephone #.    Wish the Telcom's would all be able to not allow any outgoing calls unless ID showing true telephone #.  Course, they aren't totally to blame either as anyone can make a program that can spoof numbers.......

They are still calling.  I am still not answering.  So give it up already!

Received call at 9 AM/.  No message.  Calls every few days.  Clearly a robocall.

Calls from this number several times a day!!!  Called it back after no message was left, response: "The number you have dialed is not in service". WTH!!

Got a call from this number.  I answered and a guy actually said my name...then he hung up...What the heck?? Should I worry about this??

Called about 10 AM but left no message. Not from anyone on our call list. Must be a scam.

I picked up after the second ring and said "Hello" two times.  Silence on the other end.  I think these guys may have called once before.

Verizon call blocking is useless.  Only 40 numbers and most of the time they have some reason why they can't block most of them.  You could go to a lot of time, trouble and expense to get better call blocking, or you could just ignore these aggravating lowlifes and come on here to complain, like I do.

They call and call but it's obviously a computer dialing robotic boiler room. Waste my time to answer and try to tell them Do Not Call listed of course they already have someone or their answering machine on line so I am SOL. I looked into Verizon who wants $ to block a number. Any suggestions? Yes I will file a report/complaint
And the ironic thing is, I live in an apartment.

Just got a call from these criminals.  No ID, no message.  Blocked and reported.  Morons.

Sales people of questionable business practices. Slammed my phone with 6 calls at one time. I already blocked them. They are a boiler room trying to break through a variety of services that have "do not disturb" settings which only allows calls through after multiple tries. This is a land line not a cell so it never works.

I use YOUMAIL.COM after reading Bob's posting.Thanks! They never get through but it records the number of attempts a blocked number makes so I can file an FTC complaint after also getting tipped off on this site to do and shut these operations down eventually. They already know we are on the DNC list.


What pr***s trying to take advantage of this so I feel for my folks who have not been convinced there are unscrupulous people trying to take advantage of them. They have no cell phone and don't use the computer so they get dozens of calls a day taken from public records knowing they own their home. STUPID PUBLIC RECORDS for allowing these jerks nab their number for crap like this!

626 640 6625 is the phone number according to what is shown on the caller ID. This number has called a few times.  No message is left.  When I try to block the number that shows on caller ID the blocking feature states that the number you have entered is incorrect and it is not able to block. I tried to call that number and there is a busy signal.  Very strange phone number.
