This number calls me six times a day everyday.  When I do answer to complian it's a recorded message.  Drives me crazy!!!

Same story here, blowing up my cell 6x a day - today I'm up to 8.  On a similar site people are saying it's PECO that sold their customer's numbers, but I know a few people that are getting these calls & we all have AT&T as a cell provider.  I'm thinking it was AT&T that sold the customers out & I refuse to pay to have the number blocked from calling me!

Just filed a complaint with the FCC & the FTC site directed me to the Do not call registry to file a complaint.  I'd be happy to join a suit against them too and would love to tell this garbage company to quit harassing me in person!

Wife gets cell calls from this 626-668-8231 a** wipe telemarketer several times a day.  Pain in the a**.

My wife has been getting these calls on her cell phone (we have AT&T) for over a month.  AT&T also wants to charge $4.99 p/month to allow a call blocking feature.  That stinks.   A terrible way to nickle and dime us to stop an extreme annoyance

Also, the "11" in front of a number usually indicates it is an international call.  But this incessant calling seems to be generated out of Caifornia.

It would be great to turn the tables on those nu bers somehow.

This company is calling my daughter's phone 9+ times per day.  I call back and press "1" to request that her number be removed but it never seems to get removed.  We are fed up.

In my original post i meant to say 3-4 calls/day not 304

so I blocked this number from my verizon account & for about 2 days I received no calls.  Now I'm getting 304 calls a day from the same number but it shows up in my caller ID as 11-626-668-8231   -- they seem to have added the "11" to bypass the block -- un freaking believable -- is this happening to anyone else?

No matter how many times I call back and do what they say to be removed from thier call list, they continue to call SEVERAL times a day! I really want to talk to someone about this, but it's probably best I don't because I will freak out at them at this point. I am so frustrated with them- it's been 4 times with 4 voicemails already today and it's not even 3:00. I was on a no call list already, and have now returned thier call multiple times in the last 2 weeks to be removed from thier list. I don't like wasting my time deleting thier voicemails.

626-668-8231 non stop calls to my cell phone.  Called the number and told them to stop but they have not.

I am getting 20 calls a day from this number and do not know what to do!

I get 6 calls 626-668-8231 (Arcadia, CA) daily and I have opted out twice, but still get calls.  Half the time I dont even get the automated message they just hang up, the other half they ask me to press 2 to opt out or 5 to speak to a rep.  When I got the Rep today she only said she was a Discount Center for Peco customers to reduce bills. I asked if they were affiliated with Peco and she said no.  I asked if they had a website so I could see if they were a legitimate company before providing my personal details and she said no and hung up on me.  This is horrible and I am furious.  Is there a way to make them stop calling? I am on the national do not call list as well.

This number has constantly been calling my cell phone.  I too have pressed 1 to "stop" the calls but they do NOT stop!  I really feel like this is harrassment.  I would like to look into suing them for harrassment ~ ridiculous!!  I refuse to pay $4.99 a month on my cell phone bill to have the number blocked.  I will try reporting them to the FCC as mentioned above.  The recorded message says they are calling in reference to my PECO bill to see if they can save me money...... I DON'T EVEN HAVE PECO AS MY ELECTRIC COMPANY!!!

They have been calling me. I called PECO energy out of PA and they are not responsible for the calls. It appears to be PICO energy (note the spelling difference) and they are based out of Egypt. I think our information has been stolen or sold. I CAN'T STAND THIS HARASSMENT

I too got calls today from that number but with 11 in front of it...called Verizon, they said they would block it for one month for free, then I will have to pay $4.99 a month to block it because its a 12 digit number...no clue why that makes any difference!

As I said, I work for PECO and will be calling customer service tomorrow to see if they sold my phone number and if they confirm it, I'll contact the VP of Customer Service and see what can be done...It is really p*ssing me off!

I also have Verizon and I blocked the # also, but today I got a call from that # but now 11 is before it then 626-668-8231 is calling.  I called the Federal Trade Commission and reported this.  They took the info and I asked when will something be done?  Answer, they do not have a timeframe.  Call FOX28 perhaps they will do something.  Evryone says this is PECO, funny I just changed electric supplier and now I am gettings offers from all over, but this phone# was going on before that.  I was with my cousin one night, I got the call and not even 5 mins. later she got it also.  She said it also is all the time.  Please, this needs to stop NOW!

These b*****ds are repeat calling my cell phone several times a day. I've filed about 100 complaints with donotcall.gov and reported directly to the FCC.  I also called the number back and, as directed by a robot,  pressed 1 to opt out of being called. No result from all of the above.  My carrier is AT&T and they want $4.99 per month on top of their already exorbitant charges to block up to 30 numbers.  Why should I have to pay to stop being harassed?

I wil not only join a suit to sue these people (if you can find them), I will be happy to go to their premises and teach them all about harassment in a way they will never forget, if only could track the b*****ds down.

Are you kidding me?  I work for PECO and I've also been getting these calls several times every day.  I just blocked it on MY Verizon and I also am on the Do Not Call List.  That is incredible, I'm going to all customer service also, thanks for posting that message.

Get calls at least 4 times a day. No person and no message.  Don't answer anymore, but doesn't seem to stop them from calling for the last 2 weeks.  Wish they would pick a new number to harrass.

Has anyone tried to file harassment charges with police yet?

I filed a complaint with the FCC, and I suggest we all do the same. I'm very close to calling police and attempting to file harassment charges.  Anyone tried that yet?

They just don't stop---7 calls in less than 2 days.

I GET 5 CALLS A DAY FROM THIS #- MINE IS FROM PECO ENERGY=AN ELECTRIC COMPANY IN PENNSYLVANIA. I PUT MY # ON THEIR SUPPOSED, "DO NOT CALL LIST"-WHICH I HAVE DONE
8 TIMES. I AM ALSO REGISTERED ON THE "FTC TELEMARKETER DO NOT CALL LIST" WHICH HAS HELPED ME A LOT WITH TELEMARKETERS. THE FTC HAS A SPOT TO LODGE COMPLAINT WITH THE # THAT CONTINUES TO CALL YOU-THAT IS WHERE I AM HEADED NOW!

I sent a snail mail letter to the holding company in Texas that presently owns PECO to request that they stop the calls, based on posts here in regard to origin at PECO.  They emphatically deny PECO's involvement.  Who,then, is the true "guilty party"?

Rcv'd over 40 calls. Anyone have a location on these people? Sez Acadia Ca. but read here it's a Phila number. I live near. If I can get a legal address or location, I can have it stopped. Guaranteed.. Please, no b/s info..

I have been getting calls from this number.  It says if you don't want these calls to press 1  I have done this twice and the calls are getting more frequeny.  I have received 4 in the last 40 minutes!  No company name - just regarding electric rates

They've been calling around 4 times per day for the last few weeks. I've done my best to file complaints on donotcall.gov, but it doesn't seem to do any good.

i am getting between 5 and 9 calls every day - grouped by 3 calls within several minutes; a few hours break and then it starts again.

They call up to 5 times daily! I have called back and supposedly taken my name off of the list 3 times now.
