You claim to have collected over 500 social security numbers? That number seems... exaggerated
I wonder what ever happen to this group of people. Some may have went on to bigger and better, some probably work at McDonald's.

this is Associated Wholesale Lending...do not work with them.  the person i dealt with with dishonest, kept changing his story and worse yet, kept changing the loan terms on something i was approved for.  my opinion...this is a shady operation and there are plenty of reputable lenders out there...steer clear of this one.

This group prays upon the unsuspecting Elderly, with promises of an extradornary low rate, that my trusted mortgage broker had never heard of. Furthermore, when pressed, they kept saying that we had to close right away and that they would not send any pre-closing statements or good faith estimates to us. Even when we had our attorney contact them, they refused to send the documents of this loan. We contacted the Better Business Bureau and they have an "F" rating for the company. We are having our attorney's send them a "cease and desist" letter as they continue to pray upon the Elderly.

by the way, this company has received an F rating from the Better Business Bureau (visit www.bbb.org) - an F rating has the following explanation:

"We strongly question the company?s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law?s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company?s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices."

this information was pulled directly from BBB's website.

I got a call late this evening telling me that my file had been transferred from WaMu's Retail Department to their Wholesale Department and they can reduce the interest rate on my first mortgage by one percent from the 7.225% fixed rate I now pay. When I inquired if this would trigger deferred interest to be added to principal, the answer was "no". When I expressed interest, the rep started to ask questions to which I thought they would know the answers if they had my file. When the rep. asked for my SSN, I balked and said no. The rep gave me an address of 1520 West Cameron Ave., West Covina, CA 91791, Ste 103, and invited me to come into the office to complete the information.  It sounds too good to be true, and therefor probably is. Not sure whether a visit to West Covina would a waste of time.....

So everyone is supposed to be reassured by an anonymous poster claiming, based on nothing at all, to be a "licensed rep and bank employee," claims to know all the account managers, eavesdrops on their calls, then goes on a childish rant labelling other posters "ridiculous," "stupid," "ignorant," and "immature."  Nice sales manner.  Given your attitude and arrogance, this post reeks of "fraud."  "B of A Representative?"  Sounds like you're a BS Representative.

You people complaining on here are stupid! I am an actual Bank of America representative that happens to work directly with this company. They are a wholesale division subcontracted out to work directly with the top 25 lenders in Sourthern California. The people calling you are actual account managers who have your files in front of them. I know them all on a personal business level for I have been working with them for quite some time. They are not committing any fraud of any kind. It is their job to see that their borrowers are put in the best financial situation possible, and that is the reason why they contact you. I have heard them contact their borrowers. They do not say they are from the bank itself. You people are just so ignorant and immature that when you receive their phone calls, you automatically assume the worse. I really do feel bad for these account managers contacting you people. They are simply just doing their job trying to make your financial lives easier, but you prefer to make it harder by posting ridiculous posts on here which are nonsense. Bottom line, as i licensed bank rep and employee i tell you that they are a legitimate company doing what they are suppose to be doing, so relax, stop with all the negativity on her, and grow up!

Carlos called and kept repeating he was with union bank and that my bank wanted to "offer" me a guarantee reduction in my loan.  He WOULD START THE PROCESS immediately if I said it was o.k.  He repeated the same thing over and over again, but never answered my direct questions like: is this a new loan, is union refinancing my loan, what is the cost since nothing is free.  He just kept on repeating the same thing. I think it should be illegal for anyone to have access to my information unless I give it to them.  STOP THIS FRAUD!!!!

Got a call from Martin who said he was associated with Citibank....obviously not!  He was with Associate Wholesale Lending.  Citibank does NOT do business nor do they have any relationship with this subprime/refinancing company.

My recommendation when someone call you....Ask a lot of questions and get their number so YOU can call them to see who they really are.  You can also follow up with your mortgage lender and ask them if they have any such relationship.

Hi, I work at washington mutual, I'm not going to disclose my name here because I don't want to be affiliated with this bad interpretation of the truth. First of all, Associated Wholesale Lending is a wholesale department that I happen to work with, I am the retail rep for a certain area in california, the reason im not disclosing my name is because some people are ignorant and will choose to believe that im lying and they misinterpret what associated wholesale does, they work along side many retail departments such as wamu, I work with their superiors and they work with WAMU superiors, they process wholesale reviews, perform rate reductions, and also offer refinance programs, as well as some credit repair programs, they are not commiting fraud of any kind, I have spent many business days listening to the account managers and senior account managers when they contact their clients, I can understand how some people might get confused with whats actually taking place, but none the less, they are one of the wholesale departments that WAMU works with, and they will continue to process the reviews we request of them.

My name is Frank and I took out a homeloan with Washington Mutual, I got a call from Associated Wholesale Lending, they refinanced my home and put me in a pretty good rate, the guy who called me didnt sound like a telemarketer though, he knew alot of my information pertaining to my loan and he even gave me my wholesale profile # or something like that, when they called I was on an option arm program that just went adjustable, it was all the way up to %7.69, it was going to adjust higher the month before I refied w/ associated, they put me on a 30 year fixed at %5, I was satisfied w/ the service I received and was troubled to hear that some peopl thought they were a scam, I was actually meeting w/ my senior account manager and he told me about how hel ost a client after they read this google comment, so im just here to say, they aren't scamming anyone, they definitely satisfied me as a customer and I even reffered my mother to them, shes in the process of refinancing w/ them and im sure they will put her in a great loan.
