List to the moron above and you will get sued fast. The FCC has jurisdiction over certain communications media, not debt collection or civil suits. And what is 'Pay your Bills and john" exactly? And " in violation of federal" what? The logic equals the grammar. Just a plain debtor that thinks his 5th grade education can get him out of paying his debts.
Pay your bills and the economy just might pick up. Buy too far beyond your means and default on bills that you could not afford in the first place is not helping the situation. Your bills and purchases are you responsibilities.
I owed on a debt on an account that I started back when I was still in college, and Michael helped me settle on a fair amount. I am trying to fix the little debt I have left. I am being a responsible American. Not like the lazy a***ole above.
God Bless America

This Nicolas firm is notorious for violating the law. If they call back, try to get some info out of them. name of person, name of company, address etc. Then when you get it, tell them they are in violation of federal and to not call you back. You are reporting them to your state Attorney's General, the FCC and the BBB.
While your ex wife may owe a debt, it is illegal to threaten anything in order to collect.
'Pay your Bills and john" are shills and idiots.
