We get calls from this number or others like it from ALLSEC, MCI InterNAtional, VSNL americas and the infamous "800 number" EVERY day since 1-1-2014. We do NOT have any dealings with the credit cards ppl have mentioned such as HR Block. very annoying and a pain in the a**!

Yes, this is a creditor. It is HR BLOCK CARD SERVICES. I do have a credit card with these folks, and I will be glad when I pay them off. They are hounds, call 6 to 7 times weekends and holdidays. You can call them and give them a payment date, but they will call you everyday all day regardless. I WILL BE GLAD WHEN I PAY THEM OFF.

the call is from a company who used to have credit cards. they are no longer in business the  name of the Company used to be Aspire Credit Card Services.

626-782-6078 is coming from the Phillipines.  They have a lot of other number as well as 800 numbers.  They simply ask for a name which no one can understand and then they become extremely aggressive.  On virtually all occassions the call goes to voice mail.  I have received over 50 calls from various phone numbers from all parts of the USA which are actually based in the Phillipines.  I actually spoke to a male voice who explained they were in the Phillipines.  They start by demanding your name and demanding your number.
My belief is that they are in fact breaking the law by calling 26 - 30 times per day.  I wish the FBI would get involved and shut the operation down.  Our company takes hundreds of calls per day and to have another 50 from people who will identify

The representative states that she is calling on behalf of card services. I ask for specifics and am told that I have to verify my name, address, and alternative phone number...plus the last 4 of my social before she can disclose any information. She would not state her name other than she is a representative for card services.

keep getting calls from this number no one on when i answer

I live in California and keep getting calls from this number on my caller I.D.with no message. I heard that this kind of harassment--every hour or more- is not legaHow do we stop them and how do they get all of our numbers.?

Call everyt 15 minutes will not leave a message. When I answer they hang up.

They have my hone number and call several times a day.  I normally don't answer them, and they don't lave a voice mail.  My partner hung up on them this morning :)

SALUTE (VISA GOLD) Card Services....

Call came up on Caller ID as "ALLSEC" - asked who's calling and they said my name and I replied, Who are you and someone "offshore" asked to speak for me again and then the call was lost

Ive encountered the same thing for the past 2 months

Called me on my cellphone. No message left.

Seems to be a collection service for multiple credit cards, including Aspire.

They must have an auto dialer. Calls my home phone number every two hours. Pitiful!

This number just called my house asking for my mom, but wouldn't say who she was or where she was calling from, and she wouldn't leave a message. All the caller ID said was ALLSEC.

This number called my landline again on 12/27/2010. Of course, they left no message but the caller ID says ALLSEC this time.

We see ALLSEC on the ID line....call, leave no message and we do NOT answer - they are a major PIA!

this number has repeated called my phone.  on this past sunday alone there were 18 calls fromthis number.  some as close together are 2 minutes apart.  allwer started at 6 am and went to midnite.  i tried calling back and got a could not be saccessed

this number called my home phone here in S.FL today at 12:17pm. They left no message and the caller ID say Private Name. I do not answer for anyone who cannot annouce themselves.

This number also keeps calling my house, The person say's that the companys name is "Card services" They wont tell me what credit card company they work for they just say "Card services". The caller ID said VSNL Americas 626-782-6078. Theses people are a pain in the A$$. They call my number asking for a Shaun or Shawna I really couldnt tell. They wont stop calling.
