OMG OMG you kidding me right? I was all upset yesterday. I'm jobless and I lost connection on my cellphone. I posted my house number to be my number for employers to call me. My father who have limited to none English picked up and I wasn't home. I called them back today :( I should have investigated before calling. Worst part is that I got my cellphone reconnected and I called them from it and non private. BTW next time you are returning a call to a suspicious number please dial *67 before the number. I basically opened more doors to be harassed for nothing Good job vic

A guy named Alex Brown called my from this number numerous times after my manager gave his number to a detective he called back and said why did u get that officer my f****ng number i wish they would stop harrassing me. They keep keep saying they have a legal suit against me but want tell me what it's about

I just received a voice messsage from this number "Frank Brown" this time. Strange barely legible English (Indian) and yes sounded like a call center in the background. Left very threatening message, which I could barely understand. This is not the first time. Just yesterday there was a voicemail on my cell, but nobody was saying anything at all, except the guy in the background yelling at some poor lady about her owing mones to American General and they were sending US Marshalls to her house to arrest her. (Hope she didn't give out any infor) I have received these calls from different numbers for the last several months, different numbers of course. I actually contacted one of the compainies that they said I owed money too, was directed to their fraud department who told me they were scammers and do not give out personal info. Not 10 min after speaking with this nice young lady, I got another call...of course this time his name was Mike (same guy) he threatened me with sending out the FBI and US Marshal's....I told him go ahead, maybe I would get lucky and it would be my husband's best friend, who is an actual US Marshal and also I would tell my husband to expect me in jail since he is a Deputy Sheriff.....the guy hung up. (Wonder why)  Oh by the way, the young lady from the company I called said that it has been hard for them to trace since they appear to be using some sort of phone system like Magic Jack...so they could be calling from anywhere.

Received a phone call from this company, the person calling identified himself as Alex Brown and he asked that I or my attorney call him back and if I did not call back he could not be responsible for what would happen to me. I do not know who this person is but I believe this is related to an advance payday loan that I checked into but did not take out. I have since taken out Identity Guard in order to protect my credit, which is good by the way. I have never taken out an advance payday loan.

Yes, I have been harassed by these "people" with more like asian accents for the past 2 months, same guy everytime changes his name and calls from a diff number every day, Steve Mathews from the Law offices of Jennifer Fox and Law Firm of America all California numbers, state that its a legal matter that I need an attorney and that it has something to do with my social. "Steve" threatens to call my job, and had my place of employments info. "Steve" speaks more like a "Chung Lee Dung", seriously, hes very rude and calls constantly, so sick of it.

I am so happy to have found that many people have found this to be a SCAM!!!!! I am reporting them and also filing a class action lawsuit for harrassment or whatever an attorney advises.

"Steve Mathews" stated to me on the phone in his broken english accent that his bar # 221229 and that I will be in trouble if I didnt CALL SOME OTHER NUMBER HE PROVIDED that he also answers, strangle and very suspicous, never gave him info he wants but he wont stop. So I told him to suponea me, he wouldnt reply, dont think he knows what a suponea letter is, retard! He then hung up on me. He hung up today and hung up every other time he has called previously, not professional at all and may I also add it sounds like a call room in the background. If you have tmobile, you can block numbers from calling you, I am currently maxed out on the amt of 10#s  from blocking this a***ole, but def call your phone company an block them.

Im sorry for everyone that has suffered from these calls and I will fight this as much as I have to, they are messing with the wrong American!! REPORT THEM TO EVERY PLACE POSSIBLE AND RECORD/DOCUMENT what he says to you. :  (

I have gotten same call from Kevin Thompson , same threats unless I make 3 payments of $225.00 this is for a socalled $300.00 payday loan. He wants me to fax personal imformation, a with my apology for not paying this loan, and all my banking imformation with my signature saying they can get out of my account. This is to faxed to Mark Brown.  By the way this Kevin was hollering and threatening and it was hard to understand even on speakerphone. still not sure what to do. Glad i found these posts.

I have gotten a call from this so called "company" with email address accincorp@lawyer.com. NO ACTUAL ADDRESS!! I have taken a internet payday loan out that I still owe money to. I am willing to pay them back via payment arrangements, but I am not going to unless I can get proof that this place is ligit, which I don't think so. They can barely speak english, they have so called english names like Alex and a Mathew Brown. They are very very rude. When I call them back it gives me a so called answering machine, to which they say they never got messages from. WHATEVER!!!! It seems very suspicious to me!!!. By the way the original payday loan  was THinkcash, not this crazy ACC INC. Anyone else have this problem???

received a phone call from this number today at work. Threatened me by saying that I had feloney charges against me because of a loan the I took out and never paid it back. I have never taken out a payday loan, ever ! This is a scam do not pay them anything. I am going to contact the DA's office but I do not think it is going to help.

They've been calling my work for the last few days, I work in a doctor's office, so I don't have time to be taking silly phone calls like that. A "Mike Anderson" with a HEAVY (barely understandable) Indian accent said I was being sued and was going to be taken to Federal Court. I'm in the middle of filing bankruptcy so I assumed it was one of my old bills calling. I told them I was filing bankruptcy and I could give them my attorney's information. They shouted NO! This can not be erased with bankruptcy this is a very serious matter blah blah blah. Couldn't understand half of what the man was saying. I've been getting over 300 e-mails a DAY about "you're pre approved for this loan or that loan" when I have never filled anything out for a loan because I know no one with an IQ will give me a loan with my credit score! I've been getting phone calls all hours of the day/night from random numbers (even a 000-000-0000!) and even text messages! But this draws the line calling me at work! I will be going to my local police station and filing a report because I do NOT have time to be taking stupid phone calls from stupid scamers!!

i also got a fone call from this chris matthews this mrnin at 8 am stating tht they was a attorneys at record place nd i owed them money for a payday loan i didnt take out either nd i tld him i didnt nd he said tht i shuld tell the judge tht when he takes me to court nd bring $8000 with me to pay da court costs all i did is laugh nd hang up

I just received a scam call from this number stating that I took out a payday loan that I never repayed and that if I didn't take care of the debt today they were taking me to Federal court and listed off variety of charges.  I am positive that I have never had a payday loan deposited into my bank account! The caller used the name of Chris Matthews and then transferred me to his supervisor whose name was Steve Matthews (I think). Funny how they both had the same last name. Also funny how for supposed US attorneys of some sort, neither one of them spoke very good english!! I will be reporting to them every possible agency and also letting my bank and employer know of the situation! Stupid scam artists! Don't fall for it!!

What has happened is if any of you ( cause we did) applied for a personal loan ( not a PAYDAY) we did for a line of credit to purchase a car, well someone sold our information to these A***OLES who have nothing better to do,and basically we never went with any of the choices we had, so when they called me and said I had not paid a PAYDAY loan I told him he had thej wrong number ,I have never nor has my husband ever taken a PAYDAY loan of any kind , he YELLED ,YOU HAVE NEVER TAKEN OUT A LOAN !!!! COME ON YOU STUPID WOMEN !!!!. I just laughed at him and hung up. just ignore them or change your number. I am contacting the police and everyother form of gov help i can so this can stop. I say go back to your own country and scam you're own people and leave the hard working americans alone. I will find out where this call house is and take my LAWYER best friend down with me and sue the a** off them. Get a life I say !!!!!!!!!

i just call them back and annoy them and they start yelling i tell them its a scam and i kept calling back back and some girl told me this address 600 union ave  Suite 1050 san mateo ca ....the sad thing is people really fall for it....i wish you goodluck as this matter unfolds on you .....LOSERS !

I have received numerous phones calls from the same person, different name and phone number with the same threats each time.  This time it was from Steve Matthews and calls every 3-4 days.  I am getting pretty frustrated with this since it has been happening since November 2010.  I have contacted the authorities; Police Department, State Attorney, FBI, FTC, Credit Bureaus.  They have stolen my identity and is trying to get monies from me.  I will not tolerate for these actions from an ALIEN who doesn't even reside in the USA.  They don't know how to speak English and should be prosecuted to the utmost degree.

Recevied multiple calls from this number leaving voice mail.  Called again I told them the could contact the state attorneys office, since I know this was a scam.  Googled the Florida State Attorneys office number.  Gave it to them, and fingers crossed they stopped calling.

They, and others, have been calling me also.  They say my name is Washington Cortney and I owe them money or they want me to sign something.  I don't know if someone is trying to steal someone's, or my, identity or not, but it is definitely getting reported.

they called and said i owed them money from a loan they said i took out which i never did they also said ill see you in jail and that they were tracking my every move

They called me saying that I took out a Payday Loan and never repayed them.  They explained that this would be a felony if it went to trial.
They even called my work and told my operator that I stole money from them and they wanted their money back.  They called my work again and spoke with my operator again telling her I was stealing with the company.
This is just horrible, they should not be allowed to do this kind of stuff, who would anyways?

I never took out any PayDay loan!
They also threatened to call my bank.
