I just got a call from them saying there was a law suit against me and told me to hold that their atty was getting on the phone and then they hung up.

These people have called every few weeks for months now, asking for Mark Hampton. Since he doesn't work here, we tell them to stop calling. Today, I threatened legal action and then asked to speak to a supervisor. I was cursed at and then hung up on. I called back. I told them to stop calling me, and they continued to curse at me. I called back a second time, and the same thing happened. If you want have some fun, call that number and tell them you are Mark Hampton!

If you are getting calls from someone stating they represent a payday loan company, your best bet is to call the actual company you borrowed the funds from. There are alot of people scamming consumers out of their hard earned money and then you still owe the payday loan company their money. So don't get sucked in!!!!!!

They have been calling me for the past several days also. They wont give me any information about my " loan" or anything like that.

This number has been calling my job for a couple weeks now. I have simply taken messages for myself as if I were someone else but they refuse to give any information other than the phone number. Next time they call I will call them back from another number, maybe a pay phone if I can find one. I will get there information and file complaints with everyone I can think of.

i got the same call, same day. They told me that i got a loan from cash advance america and when they try to withdraw the repayment, it was nsf.
I pulled up my bank account while the guy was on the phone and never have received any kind of deposit or NSF charges for this co.
i even went to the cash advance america website and sent them a message asking them why they say i got a loan from them when i didn't - never got an answer - maybe they're in on it too!

I had a call from these guys an hour ago. They told me I had a case against me. The scary part is they have my social security #, email address, they know what bank i have. they called job n i was on the phone with them for 20 mins and they wouldn't tell me where i supposedly got the money in CASH at said one then the other person said it was put into my checking account.
