My mother saw a commercial on tv about some pills for back pain and called the number 626-917-2642.
When she asked for the price she thought it was too much and said she didn?t want it. But they insisted
that they could mail it and she can pick it up in the post office and pay little by little.
My mother received the ticket in the mail like 3 days later but did not pick it up because she cannot afford it.

After a few days I guess the post office returned to sender and that?s when she started getting calls from all these numbers with the same person each time.
Very offensive harassing calls about her being an attorney and she will take her to court or call the cops on her for not picking up the package from the post office.

Please be aware that this is a fake attorney a fraudulent company. They take advantage of sick and elderly people.
I have already reported them to the better business bureau and to the federal trade commission.

I suggest that anyone else that gets these call do the same. I?ve attached  the links so you could report this fraudulent company.

My In Law recently ordered some crap from the Mexican channel and was supposed to receive some note from the Post Office. She never got it... And then the calls started... Some lady saying she was calling from the Law office of Claudia Martinez. Saying that if we didn't pick up that package & paid, we were going to get served a noticed from a police officer, also said the mailman claimed the package was rejected, & claims to have a recording of said transaction and this lady also gets very rude if she hears you unconcerned. Common sense people.. Why would a Law firm waste their time calling customers to pick up a package? Laws are very different in every state. Keep in mind, no offense... These people like to take advantage of beaners, who don't know any better. Also, call this number 626-917-5091 some moron is going to pick up & can't even talk English!!! So, rest assured this company is not going to do anything.

OMG I have been batteling with ese people since last week. They have done the same thing to my 76 yr old mother who also had medical conditionds. I cannot stop them from calling my mothers house and Ifigured out that its just a scam. When i called the so called company they never told me what the name was or what they sold. it was also odd to me that they spoke in spanish and directed me directly to Claudia Martinez which when I called they told me that she was not in and to call back tommarrow. When I questioned them the lady started going off on me about that me and my mother was going to have to go to court in California if we didnt pick up this pkg. I of course lost me cool and told her to shove it where the sun dont shine and if it was true to send the court order papers thru the sheriff then Id beleive her. But all this time I still dont know what they even sell.

My 74 yr old mother has been getting harassed by them as we'll. They are incredible rude, when I ask them questions they start calling me names. I'm going to do everything I can to stop them. If you have any more ideas pls post them so that we can all be aware of the scam and how to protect them from ATTACKING our ederlery. My mothers memory is not that good and her health is in terrible shape. So when she notified me of these calls I completely lost it!!!!

have they stopped calling? I've had to block their numbers no ine will do anything not the police, not the D A, no government office can iffer any assistance. it feels like crooks always have the upper hand.

I missed a call from this number and called it.  They answered "Buenos Dias".  I asked them what company it was and they told me to hold on.  When she returned,  I asked again what type of company this was.  She indicated they do telemarketing.  I asked her what product they sold and she hung up on me.   I sit here smiling, because she can answer to Dios......

Thisd is so fraudelent!!! I picked up the product and paid it last Friday. I just checked my mom's voicemails because I am her caregiver and I listened somebody saying that Claudia Martinez had a legal suit against my mom!  Everyday they called since we ordered the product. They got the money and they harrassing? What a joke! They need to be more organized and stop bothering elderly people!

this people left my mom a message from woman Claudia Martinez saying they had to talk to her because they had filed a judgement against her and me. I told her it was a fraud they were just trying to get some money from her and me. It was very suspicious and i hadn't received anything notifying me of this. It sounds to me like this people target older people trying to scare them to get some money.

My 80 old grandma called the number on the tv commercial late one night, she never order the product she just wanted information. After I told them numerous time my grandmother didn't want anything they still send the product, now they keep on calling saying they have a lawyer Claudia Martinez, this is ridiculous not only are they claiming fraud from my grandmother but from myself also, this is a big scam I blocked most of their numbers they are calling from....most of them don't know English yet they are lawyers give me a break!!!! Our lawyer told us they couldn't do anything to us cause we never had a contract. These idiots are out of line!!!

My dad ordered this outta some tv program and my dad is sick could not get the meds so Damn lady claudia Martínez stating she a lawyer. Don't listen to them just a scam. Next time they call I will report them to the BBB

My fiancee had the same trouble after ordering the product. During the time she waited for the shipment to arrive at Post Office, she received numerous calls that annoyed her so much that she didn't want the product anymore. When the product arrived, the caller began threats of a suit, recovery of attorney's fees, etc. The calls were relentless, some messages were left, other "messages" were the "click" of a phone hanging up. She was instructed to contact THEIR lawyer, 'Claudia Martinez.' at 6269175091. When we looked up the number on a People Search, a compeltely different name came up at an address in West Corvina, California. It was a residential address, not any corporate office or suite. We had the package sent back to sender, changed our phone number and consulted a real attorney, who told us that $149.00 would never be justifiable for the time of a lawyer's use of resources, talent and reputation. Whoever this little group of losers are, are a bunch of idiots.

My sister-in-law just received the same phone call and i searched for the number and i found this website and i read all the messages u guys wrote and it was the samething they told my sister-in-law and like you said pat there's no affidavit I told her i was going to report it

My mother received the same message at home and disclose to her that one of my sisters has committed a fraud and there is a legal case against her, and  three more members of the family were included and they have to appear in court in CA. Also, they have pictures of  the houses taken by a detective.  The thing the got my attention was no affidavit or why to disclose information to who ever answer the phone call.  I called and they answer in Spanish as Departamento Legal. Thank you for posting your notes so I can report this incident as well specially when my mother illness got worst due to the phone call.

My mom ordered something on a mexican tv channel but got sick and went tot eh hospital. The company said she had to get it out or they were still going to charge her. Then I start getting calls from some lady saying to call Claudia Martines Lawyer cause they are filing suit for fraud of contract??? Contacted BBB already and reported it they said no such thing exist unless something was signed and it was not.... They call 4 or more times a day

We have the same issue.  But let me tell you, they messed with the wrong family.  I have been doing some reach on this company and i have already reported them with the BBB (Better Business Bureau)  and the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).  I will not stop until until this business is fully investigated.  

I noticed that they only target Spanish speakers and since i have a Hispanic name they assumed i was going to fall for it.  I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business and I LOVED my Business Law class.  All this is the company is doing is ILLEGAL.

The person calling from this phone is saying that is calling in behalf of a lawyer when i as for address or further information they tell me is information that cannot be disclosed.
