I received a call from this company regarding my daughter that does not live around here anymore.  This was a threatening phone call and indication of arrest if the call was not returned.  They also called my 19 year old granddaughter who has been quite ill and when they wouldn't answer her questions, she said not to call anymore as she didn't know anything.  She was called a very derogatory name and the caller hung up.  Her mom may owe money but it is not her problem and she did not deserve to be called a very derogatory name.  Very unprofessional and I have no desire to help anyone that acts in this manner.

I got a call from these people too.  It was a ligit(imate) place of business.  When I called they actually had my legitimate information and debt.... It was the IRS, they said I owed. Told me to pay my bills!  Unfortunately, I owed!

I'm glad I got rid of my debt, huge relief =)  The IRS can be such a pain.

Everyone saying that this is a scam is just a person who is has a child and can't accept responsibility for their dependents (see form 2441).  You can actually deduct quite a bit and come out ahead.

Man up homey.  If you have deductions, use them.

So.. from your way of thinking everyone should just pay ben dover, ben dover and pay something they don't owe just because some extortionists say's ben dover and pay it! Well, you can just ben dover yourself and do it if you want, but personally, I'm not and no one I know would ben dover and pay something made up they don't owe to ben dover scammers..  

You may not be too happy when all this ben dover shilling and ben dover scamming catch's you either as Karma is not your friend and your really going to be ben dover taking it in the hinney when Karma bites...

Well, if you want folks to take you seriously, please answer these questions.  

What is the exact name of the company?
What is the address of the company? (you would know this if you paid them)
What was the nature of the debt (e.g., mortgage, car loan, personal loan, credit card, utility)?

Glad you're so happy.    And folks if you don't owe them,   Don't pay them a dime.   Insults won't get it done Ben.  Most are immune to insults from Shills,  Trolls and Scam collectors.

The source is Superior Document Services. They are a  document acquisition firm that collects information pertaining to court cases . My cousin got a call from them and they said that if he didn't call them, they would  send the police to arrest him.  Sounds spooky.  Is someone trying to  sue you?

I GOT THE SAME CALL AND THEY DID HAVE ONE MY DEBTS...WHAT SHOULD I DO??

I received a call from this number saying they were from superior help grouper said that needed a verification for someone would be at my residence to accept the paperwork for a summons.  No one is answering at the number which says the company is TCA
