Got the same phone call. The first time the phone was so quiet and muffled I couldn't hear him, he hung up, second time got halfway through his convo and hung up, third time I could finally hear him but his accent was so strong that I couldn't understand more than every third word. I work at a hotel near the Hoover Dam so I'm used to making reservations on the phone for people out of country but this was ridiculous.
When he called, he wanted the email of whoever was in charge of commissions, mumble mumble mumble, need to set up a way to make reservations online and transfer commissions? I think. He said he was from something Pegasus company. I told him I would NOT give out emails but could let a mgr. know. He gave me his number with an extension, however after calling back to verify what company he was with, I found out the extension did not work. After reading all this stuff, pretty convinced they're some sort of scammers, and if not they need to get people who speak better English!

They call and call and call. Sometimes it shows up as private or unknown, but sometimes it shows up as this number with Novatel, Inc. They leave a message asking for me, but never stating their business or a return number to call.

They call several times a day, but never leave a message, just a long silence of hang up.  I have tried to call them back when I got home from work but they never answer, except to ask for an extension.  Wish I could make them stop.

Received 46 calls from them in 5 days with no one speaking the 3 times I did answer. Had to use trapcall to decipher the number since it came through unknown or blocked. Thanks to trapcall I was able to find out the number and block it from my cell phone. How annoying!

Call back the number 630-203-0290 and when prompted for an extension, type 51033 followed by a pound sign (#)(aka hash mark). You will get rolled over to a voicemail box with no name associated with it. I left a not so nice VM asking the company to stop calling.

I then called the main number in IL (630-773-6777) and punched in the first four letters of the CEO's last name (Bhargava). Then I left another not so nice message about pressing charges against the company if they did not stop their strange and harassing phone calls.

I recommend that everyone do the same thing. Needless to say, I did not give them my phone number and my number is blocked. I just wanted to make their lives miserable. If enough people do this, we might see a change in their behavior. I also plan to file a complaint via the Do Not Call website (https://www.donotcall.gov/).

I have been getting calls from this number as well except I always happen to miss them.  I have called back and gotten the "dial extension and press 'hash'" thing as well.  I have also been getting many calls from a "private" number with no one answering.

This number has called me 5 times in 3 1/2 hours! Never leaves a message. In between this number another "no number" calls they keep alternating!

Answered call from 630-203-0290 on February 11, 2009.  Called around 2:30 right after lunch.  Male voice, could not make out what the guy was talking about his accent was so bad.  He said he was from Safeway, calling to collect a debt.  I told him if I had a debt the banks handle it and the company goes through the bank.  I told him that I do not give out my personal information over the phone and would not make any type of payment arrangements over the phone.  HOW WOULD THEY EVER HAVE MY CELL PHONE NUMBER?!!!!  My guess is it is a scam and not SafeWay at all!

I have been getting calls from this number daily and I can not understand this person, sounds like a male.  Heavy brething, has an accent, cannot make out the muffled talking.

I called it back and it said "Welcome to Platinum Division".  It's an advertisement for master card.

This is probably right.  I have an nsf check with them which has been paid but now they want the $25 fee.  I came here as I did not know the number and i was having the same responses as everyone above.  They do call from an unknown and a private number too.  And I agree...no accents please!  Speak English.  (Sorry) One thing I do not like about their bank...they only put a check thru once, they do not do it twice like most places.  After it bounces the first time, they put it thru themselves automatically, if it does go thru...they still charge for the first check.  SO RUDE!  This is a cool web site!  Just discovered it!

calls my number several times a day

This number represents yet another intrusive annoying call from someone you don't know. When will the dirtbags that operate whatever outfit this number is coming from, learn that by calling people ad nauseum they are wasting their time? If this outfit wants to communicate with me, they can send me something in the mail and I will decide if I care to respond to them. IGNORE THEIR CALLS!

Whoever this is calls my cell phone at least 15-20 times a day. I don't ever answer my cell unless I know who it is, so they can keep trying, but they'd have much better luck sending me a letter for documentation of anything they want to discuss. I am going to call them after this is posted (I'm on my pda cell now typing this). I will TELL them that its not polite to call folks at 11pm or even at god damn 2AM, especially those of us that go to bed at 8pm and are up at 3am to tend to farm life. I will be sending my lawyer this hassle tomorrow morning and let them deal with whatever it is that these wackos want. I'm not about to be nice to someone who has called at least 300 times in a mater of months and not left me a single message...seriously if they can't speak english well enough to leave me a voicemail than they are better off in their own god damn country (this is the home of the free and brave..so I am brave and free to say what I think). just pisses me off but I'm stubborn so maybe next time I will just answer and let them talk to my kids ;) anyways I'm done playing there dumbass game of phone tag...now its my turn!

calls my home at least 3 times a day. when the answering machine comes on, they hang up.  called that number only 3 extensions work 51033, 51035 & 51036, all wanted me to note the time of the call and call them back. no one would identify the company or what they do. they would not say what state they were calling from. was suprised when i told them that they were calling from ILL. told everyone to stop calling my house. Excuse makers, no honesty

Received a call from this number...had right last name but wrong first name.  When asked what it was about, they hung up.  When call returned the number got same message as D. Smith. Did more research and found that number with an extension 51033.
