I too just received a call from this number but no one responded when I answered it. A computer call that didn't kick-in right away? Obviously some kind of scam...

I just had the #630-206-1143! I missed the call but they left a VM, I had it transcribed and am posting the message they are leaving... There seem to be a lot of reports today on different sites about this caller... Here is the copy of what the message said :
"Participating in the online survey congratulations you have been selected to receive a gift just for participating so give us a call toll free at (888) 390-9538 again to claim your gift call us back at (888) 390-9538 toll free thank you and goodbye".

Received call from 630-206-1143, computer voice started leaving message on connection, so only heard voicemail as follows: To claim your prize, call 888-390-1858.
