I've been getting phone calls from this number all week. They keep asking for the same person (that isn't me or anyone I know). I've asked them to take me off their calling list and they repeatedly call me back.

I'm glad I found this. I live in 630 and usually when it's an unavailable number I never know if it's one of the kids calling from a friends so I usually answer. My friend answered today and same as you the guy could not speak english even a little bit. Would not leave a message with her and hung up. I know to ignore that number now. My friend thought it might have something to do with voting but I don't think so but who knows.

This shows up on called ID as Big Rock, IL then the #. No company name. It is a bill collector but the guy on the other end in incomprehensible, obviously English isn't his 2nd, or 3rd language. He had to SPELL the name he was looking for and even that took 2 trys. I finally told him I didn't know the person, don't call again but then he called right back! Calls 6-8 times a day, no message ever left but I finally picked it up because I have family living near Big Rock and thought one of them was calling.
